    @JioCare Very bad service and response from JIO installation team. After 3 days of booking and making payment I am advised by the installation guy to cancel the order. Very rude response. I am not interested to get the connection. Kindly refund the booking amount immediately.

    @JioCare Thanks for your reply Anjum. But the thing is there are jio connection installed within 100 meters of range from my home. I too had jiofibre connection for so long at my another work location here only. Please help me out by raising this concern to Higher authorities. 🙏

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India Due to corona we are working from home now we are facing of all calls incoming outgoing indoor problem like voice break and call drop how many times I have complaints at Thakur Village Kandivali East Mumbai 400101. No action taken by jio. Why.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio fiber connection is not working since yesterday. Have raised complaints and done multiple calls, no one is helping. Customer care is of no use. When I ask for escalation, I will simply get dead call. Service request number is SR000014Y6HF.

    I call up care and they tell me that your earlier complaint has been marked closed and I will take a fresh complaint and again send an engineer. Utter incompetence @JioCare @reliancejio . Making a customer keep calling your pathetic care, still isuue unresolved.
