    @JioCare Appreciate understanding. Tks. But issue not resolved for 7 days!! Is it too much to expect? Who is the responsible person with whom the customer can talk. No use of tlkng to call centre. Only std copy paste reply they will give. Useless. Waste of time. Go back to BSNL???

    I downgraded on oct 8 ,I was able to use Amazn prime till oct 25.Then I reset my set top box due to remote issue ,after which the subscription info was updated. Technically this is a bug.I was also able to use Zee5,4days ago.Activate my prime for 1 year as mentioned @reliancejio

    @JioCare Team, Yes I am at same place where device was installed..Arrange 4 device pickup & issue my refund asap..Also,not happy wd refund calculations.For 22 days out of which internet only workd for 11-12 days, people charged me ~1300 #fraud @MIB_India Details found in service tickets

    Pls refund my money too as soon as possible and do something for new setup of s2,it's 21st century and it takes months to provide service that too in dehradun , that is not good as jio is known for speed not for excuses.@JioCare

    @TruthOnly28 @JioCare Please arrange another backup for internet. Jio wont resolve anytime soon. My SR is open from 11 days. Service engineers close the requests sitting from home. They will not even standup from their seat to come to your location and fix the issue. Please arrange alternate internet
