    @ArumugamSuki That’s frustrating. One of my family members faced a similar issue earlier, but later switched to Reliance Jio for international travel and had a much better experience with transparent billing and priority support. You may consider trying @reliancejio once for your future trips

    @JioCare @reliancejio @GayatriPVYadav This time I have done audio recording and it seems it needs to be put on social media for public to see how your customer service team operates. via DM you said today 4.30pm technician will confirm & do the needful( but now at 6pmrequest is cancelled again #horrible #scam #jio
