    @JioCare it's been more than 15 days since I cancelled my jio fiber connection but none of your busy engineers is free to do that 1/2 hr work. Is this the way of treating your customers n making your customer base. So i cay that my experience with jio fiber services is horrible.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've been reaching u since one week trying to fix my jio fiber problem. It has been 6 days I registered a complaint and no one from ur side has resolved the problem. I'm ur customer frm 2 years of jio fiber and mobile.Very disappointed from ur service

    @reliancejio @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw I got converted from other service provider to reliance jio last month. Initially network coverage and internet working was smooth and proper but since 2 weeks connectivity as well as internet speed is very pathetic in residential area.

    @JioCare what a terrible service you are providing! After day and night follow ups, numerous calls for past 3 days you finally closed the service tickets without restoring the internet! It's simply awful! I want the internet restored now!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I wish to use Jio over @airtelindia. Unfortunately, there are few issues with airtel. But Jio has many. Major is call drop and slow internet speed.

    @JioCare My jio number is 7002740313, and that place have no network from #jio .their above more then 10000 user of #jio convert their network to Airtel, so i think you should look out that place for great connectivity . We are waiting for #jio

    Such a big scam being done by local providers of @reliancejio fibre services as instead of letting us continue d same connection dese providers r forcefully giving us new connection jst to crack their sales. Also they're ruining our track record wid Jio as a customer. #shameful

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You fraud, you scammer. First you made the sim invalid and then asking customer to go and pay for a new sim. This how you people are earning money. Never happened this with @reliancejio. Hell with your sim and company. Airtel Sim : 9362555485
