    Since the past 2 months there a jio fibre connectivity issue every single day. 70% of the day it isn't working or with bad network. Worst customer service. Reliance is just a money making racket in every sector. #breakthemonopoly #failed @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare waited since last 25 days no one visit to me and resolved my internet issue.. Just making fake promises to customers. Now on thinking to switch my jio fiber to airtel. Shocked to see such type of behaviour from jio athorities

    @JioCare Why are you sending only a generic massege.. Are you doining your work properly or you keep on sending auto generated masseges only. I want solution it's been 3 months now... Now I will file a conplain on Monday to my nearest police station.

    @JioCare JioFiber customer care service is not in sync. While few reps talk about 30 day period, few other talk about 60 days period for 100% refund. Device pickup appointment was rescheduled a dozen times and now this. So happy I am not associated with them any more.
