    @JioCare You don't know how difficult work life becomes without the internet. This proves Jio is not a reliable internet provider. why reschedule without taking consent from customer? reschedule only if customer approves the reschedule date else allow him to stay with original slot

    @JioCare the ground floor of my house does not receive 5g signal or even sometimes it struggle for 4g connectivity. Plz look into the matter . Location -RQCV+77M Jaipur, Rajasthan Plz send a technician to resolve the issue.

    @anilrustogi @jio_fiber Same in Andheri West. It’s been 4 days now. @JioCare is such a scam! I’ve decided to remove their connection. Horrible customer service as well. Taking customers for granted.

    @reliancejio @JioCare - There have been frequent internet outages in Rasoolpur, Mubarakpur, Azamgarh over the past 24 hours. Currently, JioFiber services are completely down and we have no internet connectivity. Plz resolve it at the earliest and ensure uninterrupted connection.
