@JioCare Hello .I am Jio customer from Bhandara Maharashtra. There is no network coverage in our area. It's been 1 year we are facing this problem. I guess there are 1000 around jio customers in our area(khat road). If you won't look into matter, you will sure lose your customer

@JioCare you have barred my outgoing since 6 am in the morning. The reason told that I negative credit balance. I have Rs 2300 surplus balance in my account and still you say credit balance is negative. WTF is this? @airtelindia can you please tell me how I can port into airtel?

@reliancejio Worst service till date. After payment if Rs.2500/-, NO ONE FROM JIO ARE BOTHERED TO DO INSTALLATION. One team says connection can be provided, installation team says they can NOT. Tired of following up, what are you guys up to?

@JioCare @jio_gigafiber @reliancejio Still my issue dnt get resolved. Called customer care and got reply service engineer will visit in between 3 to 4 pm. Wrote email to appelate authority chennai , got reply within 24 hours, Service engr will visit between 6 to 8 pm. Got fedup now..
