    @JioCare I purchased IR pack and still even after my several requests, calls and tweets their was no network in Indonesia, ruining my whole trip and caused me huge mental trauma in a foreign land. I need compensation and refund for the same.

    @JioCare @akhilkarthik007 When any one try to change jio to other, received this type of msg. And after that same network, same issue even discuss with provided individual person from jio. Initially provided jio sim free. Now after paying too much amount, no care about his/her Customer. No more jio.

    @reliancejio The worst customer services ever .... U need to learn a lot from Amazon and Flipkart , they are so transparent with customer dealing and transactions.
