@JioCare the technician has visited & said they can’t fix it. It is another department that needs to power - something I have heard 10 times over the last 1 month. The technician called the power team & they refused to come to fix it. The technician was also feeling helpless. #jiodown

@reliancejio @JioCare Such a disappointment dealing with you for SR00001BWX9H. Appointment fixed as per slot available on myjio app for 1-3 pm to install STB. No one called still and its rescheduling automatically. HOW? Ridiculous service from Jio.

26th time JIO called to know the reason why the no. is not recharged for last 3 months. Every time they get the details & no initiative is taken till date for poor network service. Always make a fake promise by saying we will look into the matter. @JioCare #poorcustomerservice
