Hey @TRAI & @DoT_India can you help me by telling @reliancejio to give us faster network speed that is only 500kbps to 1mbps cause I am getting about 50-60kbps sometimes I agree 200-300kbps but at night it stops working. Location- parora, chhaurahi begusarai bihar. Plzzz help.

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Despite sharing details same day on dm & making multiple fresh requests on helpline, all I get is random system generated messages and calls informing service id had been cancelled so reschedule. But ofc a new connection req is serviced same day. Pathetic.

@reliancejio @JioCare Your staff @ Adiyta mall isnt capable to port number. Centre manager not picking up call from 2 days. Switched off phone. No guidance/help and misbehaving staff who wasn't aware of tech. Meanwhile 2 main numbers aren't working creating losses. Listening??
