    @JioCare What screen shot should i share? I even deleted my account on amazon prime, issue is,i was informed while taking postpaid connection that amazon prime is included in it, but its been more than 4mnths its still not activated on my no. 7004526134.

    Hey @TRAI & @DoT_India can you help me by telling @reliancejio to give us faster network speed that is only 500kbps to 1mbps cause I am getting about 50-60kbps sometimes I agree 200-300kbps but at night it stops working. Location- parora, chhaurahi begusarai bihar. Plzzz help.

    @JioCare No Effective Platform in #JioFiber where our issues can be addressed. It is not possible that everyday we make a complaint,by knowing that things will never get changed. Services also gets automatically disconnected & this really makes us feel bad.

    @akash236 @JioCare Srvc of jio very veey much poor. Even i after taking postpaid connection, askimf them to activate my amazon prime, but no actual response. Juat day by day, a new msg, and no actual result. This company now have no value for there cuatomers.😤😤

    @JioCare Service ID: 299347375240 mobile : 9533854871 Problem : I was Jio FiberNet customer. . Outside my apartment there are only 6 ports but 7 customers. My connection was given to someone else. I recharged with 1000/- plan. When I call to customer care. They create ticket and close.

    @JioCare @reliancejio What a nightmarish experience your customer care is providing. I am jio Fiber customer, recharged by account with Rupees 5306 for 3 month plan which Expires on March 15. From Feb 14th none of the OTT subscriptions are working.
