    @JioCare Don't know what is issue with JioFiber at my area. I am unable to connect to internet for last 3 days.I have logged complaint but customer support team are telling again and again..Sir, Please have patience.. technical team is working on it, till now they haven't fixed

    @TRAI can you atleast enforce DND for mobile service consumers? Any telemarketer is allowed to contact anyone and then say the did not communicate and telecom operator @reliancejio @JioCare basically does nothing.

    @JioCare I have requested for relocation of my jiofibre connection on Saturday i.e.on 26/06/21.I have contacted customer care several times but no satisfactory reply came.Still I am not aware that how many days it will take to do the work.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Transferred ₹1500/- on 15/06/21 No engineer has turned up till now. Every day I get an email regarding reschedule of visit by the engineer. How much more time will it take for the installation. My JioFiber Service ID 299556002679.

    @JioCare The cable in your connection box has room for 8 connections but has given 9 connections, it inserts one connection and removes the other and when one complains it re-inserts and opens another. I don't know to whom you are giving free service.

    After months, I recharged my @reliancejio number, and it's still as worthless, pathetic & super slow as it was when I stopped recharging it. Compared to @JioCare, @airtelindia is super good. And Shamelessly #Jio asks for recharge again and again.
