    @akash236 @JioCare Srvc of jio very veey much poor. Even i after taking postpaid connection, askimf them to activate my amazon prime, but no actual response. Juat day by day, a new msg, and no actual result. This company now have no value for there cuatomers.😤😤

    @reliancejio I am your postpaid user since 3 month I paid all dues in advance but my connection suspended by Jio end. No one solve the issue since 3 days I call Begusarai team many times but no one listen my postpaid number 7545978888 plz help me

    @JioCare @Siddhar47954383 Always the same, we are working, your issue have been forwarded to regarding team, but no resolution.. One month since i am complaning, but my amazon prime still not nworking on my postpaid. Bill is ready. Will u deduct the srvc charge of prime. Verry poor

    @JioCare No Effective Platform in #JioFiber where our issues can be addressed. It is not possible that everyday we make a complaint,by knowing that things will never get changed. Services also gets automatically disconnected & this really makes us feel bad.

    @JioCare @Sau_rab_Alld You guys ate also providing very poor service. Even i have complaning of an issue since 1 1/2 mnth, but no solution simply a msg everytime, we are lookjng into it, but still you all are looking only. Very poor... 😤😤😤😤😤😤

    @JioCare As advised by you, I have logged out. Uninstall my jio app, shut down mobile (though not suggested) again re installed My Jio App, login with mobile number 9823916771, OTP inserted and still that menu for activation is not available. This I have done several times.
