    @JioCare @YuganshChokra Just remind of recharge, u need money only,but srvs u promised while tking postpaid connection is still not working,i m complaning, nd getring no solution. Can u look after that also. From 2days only u ppl r consoling that u r looking after it. Will u slv it?

    @JioCare @GVidya_Sagar Poorest service. From 2 mnth i m getting only msg to console. Worst i ve ever expereinced. Aircel, rim were much bettet at their times. U ate them, nd now 0 srvc to customer. Verry poor. Bus paisa time pe chahiye nahe to cnnction bund. Shame on #Jio

    @JioCare Don't know what is issue with JioFiber at my area. I am unable to connect to internet for last 3 days.I have logged complaint but customer support team are telling again and again..Sir, Please have patience.. technical team is working on it, till now they haven't fixed

    @reliancejio @JioCare we have been complaining about network issue from past 2 months there's no improvement on this. It's not only me but 100 others in my area. Few people allready switched and few are waiting for current plan to get expire so that they can switch. #jionetwork

    (2) 1. Whenever there is a power cut in my area, the condition of my 4G network becomes worse than that of 2G network and even after the power comes, the network is not fixed for hours. 2. And ....... @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare What screen shot should i share? I even deleted my account on amazon prime, issue is,i was informed while taking postpaid connection that amazon prime is included in it, but its been more than 4mnths its still not activated on my no. 7004526134.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Bahut chances diye but ab bas. Constant network issues, slow internet aur poor support ki wajah se finally Jio number ko dusre operator me port kar raha hu. Recharge mehenga aur service disappointing. Hopefully future me users ki complaints seriously loge.

    @consumerforum_ @JioCare It has more then 2 months. I asked the service provider to provide me a service. They unable to provide me service after asking for the refund the money still isn't refunded. They'll take the money in advance but will take months to refund it. why?

    @JioCare I personally visited JioFiber office, they sent 2 persons to my house, checked and said cable fault, need to replace the cable, they are contract employees, so if I pay extra money they are ready to replace the cable, do I need to pay extra like pribe for solving my problem?
