Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

What a useless service by @reliancejio billing cycle on the bill is shown as 21 Feb to 20 mar and i have already paid the bill and call center executive is struggling to explain what period is the bill for and you have cut my connection for non payment!

@JioCare I have already sent details in DM, however the most disappointing thing is that your sales executive assured me of installation in 24 hours & that's why I gave payment. Taking 10 days for a company like Jio fiber is worst. Kindly check & respond

@JioCare 5 days have passed. Every second day, my SR is closed and a new one is registered automatically. Issue still not resolved. My number is still barred. @nch14404 what to do next? I'm completely handicapped w/o a working phone even after paying. This is torture @reliancejio

@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I called Jio customer service about 5 times and the representative told me to go to the nearest Jio fibre office and submit the devices myself. I got there and handed in devices.

@JioCare My contact is already with your team but there is no solution.. & go to the office and talk, then those managers do not talk properly & say that do not complaints too much, otherwise you will cut the connection. & If there is more problem then get airtel installed.. @jio_fiber
