    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Home is not working. Tried to speak to customer care through MyJIO app, but it only has aitomated answers. No live agent to speak to. No service engineer being assigned. What's the point of charging a hefty amount when you can't provide reliable service

    NO0001EX6E4K is pending installation from 6 days , no call from 3 days at least to check availability, installation guys are not professional, they never come during the scheduled hours, if you are not interested in having a new customer, pls refund my money @JioCare

    @deepjoshi11th @JioCare It's too bad to see this thing that @JioCare is taking such financial issue seriously. I heard lots of about this company and impressed, I was planning to buy Jio fiber for my and office also... But unfortunately after seeing lots of complaints, I need to change my decision.
