    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    Jio's mobile network is so bad for past few months that the calls are getting dropped even on wifi- calling. This is happening at the prime locations like T. Nagar, Chennai. Dear @JioCare @reliancejio do something please.

    @consaff I have been charged 370/- extra in my last bill, I raised complaint with @JioCare they have closed the ticket without resolution. The have not been able to inform me about illicit charges,@ImAtulKansal appalete authority of Jio number is never answered. Need help.

    @JioCare I'm still awaiting answer to my original question. What's the procedure to esacalate to next level when state level appellate is not able to resolve issue even after almost 50 days!!!

    @reliancejio A few days ago I had complained to the customer that there is no network in this area, then Jio customer care said that this problem will be solved by 2:00 pm on 11th jan But still the problem is not solved.
