Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

Hlw @JioCare I think you must dismantle your jiofiber support services as they have no knowledge & authority. They're just as good as your bot on jio app. Only good for raising service requests. I've been raising requests since 19th July and no response... 1/2

@JioCare @reliancejio Its been a month sice we raised a request for relocation and still our issue is not resolved.3-4 technician visited and say they will only do new request even we raise a ticket for relocation. After several follow ups calls and nothing. I am facing trouble.
