And everytime a jio representative gives me an automated text which tells me what is a postpaid connection. I want my bill to be corrected... No one understands english here it seems.

I have also paid they have not given anything for free and I expect the issue to be resolved. It's been more than 24hrs no one has shown up as yet. It's not even 1 month I have taken a new connection. I live in Mumbai.
