    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @JioCare How long still need to wait and the request already cancelled without proper resolution and customer care said again I need to raise new request from my and also raised same. Will wait unti tomorrow if didn’t get proper response or fix. @JioCare

    @JioCare Having internet issue for last 21 days and SR00002L8254 no engineer assigned till date. Waste to have internet connection from Jio. I advise anyone not to take internet from jio. Worst customer service/engineering team they have.

    @JioCare My JioFiber internet has been down for days. Multiple complaints, zero resolution, and no proper response from your technical team. This is absolutely unacceptable and the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Fix this immediately!

    @JioCare The 5th day and no Wifi, called customer service to which they replied, "keep patience". I mean how to work when someone has WFH, please tell? I hate paying bill timely now. Last month same 4 days no Wifi, this month 5th day and no Wifi @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare , my Jio AirFiber has been down for the last 5 days. I have called customer care multiple times, but every day I am told "today" or "tomorrow." No technician has visited yet and the issue remains unresolved. Extremely disappointed with the service. Please resolve
