    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @JioCare Please stop giving fake promises. no one has came to visit again your reschedule time is over it was 1:45 pm It seems like whole JIO team is not serious regarding there customer service. it's my request solve in by today or provide me the refund as I have purchased 6 month plan

    @airtelindia @JioCare And while Airtel Team sleeps with a frustated customer awaiting help, Jio team has contacted me for porting nd after 10 yr of being an Airtel customer, I leave disgusted, having to put up with such bad service. #Airtel #airtelcares #airtelthanks. Porting rest of my family as well

    @JioCare As you are unaware (or don't care) of customer situation, let me explain you. I was told that building(over which cable was pulled) owner has cut the wire. 1. If it's problematic path, why was that given to me? 2. I have given option to install box on my friend's(owner) building

    @reliancejio @airtelindia I m fed up with worst jio services I took a bjio fibre connection in July they promised me free recharge for 3rd month as I ll get a coupon on recharging fr 2nd month now they are denying it on grounds of policy changes.Wt kind of this fraudulent policy

    @JioCare my landline number for Jiofiber is 2613561195 and Internet is not working since 4 days - on repeated complaints just getting reply that issue will get resolved in 24 hrs but not happening. No engineer has visited our place and just getting fake promises. Im fed up of Jio

    Introducing d most pathetic customer care team i.e. @JioCare @reliancejio Their STB ain't working since yesterday. They promised engineer visit b'ween 11-12 2day. On calling again, promised the visit b'ween 1-2 PM. Now the exec says no visit reqd and I should simply wait!!
