    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    For the past three weeks, my Jio internet service has either been down or highly intermittent. There has been no response to my service ticket(s), and they are automatically closed after a couple of days with the status marked as "resolved." 1/3 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare On 18th April, 2026 I had paid subscription fee 2,221.46 to Jio Fibre for Wifi Connection.  Though Jio made the survey for connectivity, later on I was told there is weak signal, and connection not possible. Order Number NO0001D641HO // service request no: SR000036DT03

    @x__rohit_0 @reliancejio @JioCare I have ported my Jio number, their network service is very poor, they charge full amount but they cheat in providing the network, they are thieves.

    Just fed up of jio from last 36 hours no network in my town.. ( Dahewan,Borsad,Anand, Gujarat ) So many complaints then also nthg happening @JioCare @reliancejio Wt a pathetic service.. its time to leave jio Already 50% ppl have leave jio from my town.
