    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic service. applied for new connection with 12 months subscription 7 days ago.But still they are giving false promises and even nothig happn till now.Every service engineer giving solution"tomorrow your connection will be done"but that never happened.

    @JioCare Thanks for your positive response, Technician checked and done some work but issue not resolved yet,Its already mentioned in customer feedback form before closure of technician visit. As per technician issue is pending with bach-end team as he discussed. Do your best as possible

    @ShankaraSubra14 @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Shankara. It’s been 5 days same problem with me. I even took time today Visited their centre . All I heard them was apologies and no reasons given. Was supposed to get it rectified by today 4 PM . Still no trace of Engineer. Too much of arrogance . No method to escalate
