    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare why you people always give assurance saying that your issue will be resolved soon. If you have less availability of engineer. I am continuously following up since last 4 days. But no resolution from your end. This is not the good way to treat with the customer

    @JioCare Dear jio team, currently I'm unable to dial from my Jio sim "8383852828" my incoming and outgoing going calls are not going. It's happening since yesterday I've already called customer care tons of time but your stupid AI not transferring calls to cs.

    @JioCare Yet not technician visited for inspection, instead of sending technician you are sending process for troubleshooting and multiple time I told you that I have already done but problem remains same, kindly arrange technician for visit and fix the issues instead of asking

    Took @reliancejio @JioCare 3 and a half days to finally send someone,who raised another service request And Lo! The technician again did not arrive as per the app schedule So basically,wait for them,sit at home and then no one turns up! Day 4 now

    Worst Service of @JioCare our Jio airfiber not working. I am facing this issue every day for about 7-8 hrs. I suggested to everyone please do not take this service. I will also change it with Airtel soon. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Regarding Complaint No. SR00003D85XJ, I have called Mr. Sanjeet Khatkar (8005896927)several times, but he is not picking up my calls. My home internet has been down for the last two days. Kindly arrange to resolve the issue as soon as possible. @reliancejio

    Pathetic service of Air fiber, getting 1 mbps speed in a 100 Mbps plan and not able to connect to support now due to automated message of temporary service issue in my area. Getting my office work impacted, they are forcing me to install @airtelindia fiber. @reliancejio @JioCare
