    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @reliancemukesh @reliancejio Even @jiocare admits it can’t edit the SR, & I can’t either. U r not reachable on phone either. I’m told by engineer he has 35 SR for today & 2morow busy 2. See jio's faulty service so many SRs. Pls resolve my issue today. Call me on registered number

    @reliancejio @JioMart My order ID JM6A7958B70135B46D1B was supposed to reach me at 10:51 AM, but I’m still waiting for my parcel. Yesterday, I faced the same issue and after waiting for 24+ hours, the order was eventually cancelled. Now again cancel order option isn’t working.

    Network situation in my hometown Mahoba is pathetic. For the last 2 months, there is not a single day without issues-cross network bars, extremely slow internet, or internet completely stopping. Despite having resources, Jio is unable to provide any permanent solution. @JioCare

    Such a worst customer service from @JioCare FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS OUR AIR FIBER IS NOT WORKING! LITERALLY NO SIGNAL We raised complaint and the engineer visited out home, but still no proper resolution provided for us! IT IS SO IRRITATING! WE COULDN'T USE THE INTERNET WE PAID FOR

    @reliancejio My JioFiber relocation request SRN: CO0001TYEGGX is still unresolved. I’ve contacted all support channels but received no resolution or update. Please escalate and resolve this urgently.
