Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

@JioCare It is not data congestion issue.Coverage tower was disputed and went down. Now no coverage inside home.Even calls don't go through 95% times. Data coverage is nil. This is the situation since 45 days. Your network team is expected to make alternate arrangement, but sleeps.

@reliancejio @SunRisers Jio's customer service has gone from a top notch 100 one year back to bottom -1 at present. Been more than 20 days since I put relocation request for JioFiber no engineer showed up. Should just switch to Airtel

Totally devastated by @reliancejio's internet service. Now It's more than 100 days that they are saying internet speed in your area had been decreased because of many users doing it in the same time. And they are also saying that it's a temporary problem and will be fixed soon. 1

@JioCare horrible fiber service at Andheri West, veera desai road mumbai since yesterday. No connection in 1 wing. Need refund for 3 days of no service or extend my plan for 3 days as i have to pay extra from mobile internet. PATHETIC SERVICE.
