    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio it has been more than 10 days without service. Technician closes complaint without visit. Can you please tell how much time does it takes to resolve complaint. @TRAI please take some steps for customers benefit also these telecommunication companies stop service the day recharge is finished so at least we should also have tools to stop if their is any issues.

    @JioCare I don’t care about one more chance. Have it installed today by 4 pm that’s 4 days since i made the payment and kyc done. Else cancel the order. Issue a complete refund today itself.
