    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @junior_Ram__04 @reliancejio @JioCare Just for your knowledge, they will charge 1500 Rs as security deposit and 100 Rs for installlation. They never refund the security amount in case you want to close the connection. Better look for better options available in your Area

    @reliancejio Very simple issi is arise and redressal must be with this huge organization but I m sorry for that Jio is interested in collecting money only .no platform for customers service or care or redressal..

    @TRAI @JioCare Against spam complaints made by mobile users, the operator for the spammer decides if the calls or sms are spam or not! They claim these as ‘service calls’. The harassed user has no say. Amazing policy that defeats the purpose of DND.
