    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    The ****** service is still down. @JioCare send someone to take away this **** box. Repeated failures, no resolution, and tickets being put “on hold” without my consent. This is beyond frustrating. Worst experience with @reliancejio. Want to switch now, how is @airtelindia?

    @JioCare Have been waiting for the last escalation to be resolved and yet since the last 3 days, I am having network issues in terms of data and calls where the networks are showing 5G. Please tell me before responding, have you even checked the last escalation

    @JioCare I've booked jio airfiber connection on 14th April. No installation done as of today. And no response from the team too. I need a immediate resolution.

    This is unacceptable. I run a clinic in Aliganj Lucknow, internet works outside the clinic, but inside not even a single WhatsApp message can be sent. Such poor service is affecting my work. Fix this immediately.asap. @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Ye costumer support hai ya costomer ko sirf time pr time dena hai koi help nhi Krna hai sirf time pr time clearly fruad chal raha hai phle instalation ke naam pr paise lo fir cancel krke paise refund hi na kro 3 logo ko apne area me mai janta ho jinke sath ye fraud howa hai

    Hey @JioCare, I’m facing a major billing issue with my Jio AirFiber. I paid ₹706 for my pending bill AND ₹1060 to upgrade to the 100 Mbps plan (Total ₹1700+). I also redeemed a ₹300 voucher. Despite all, my plan is still showing 30 Mbps and no benefits are reflected.

    @InvestShan Honestly, this is where @reliancejio has been more dependable in my experience I’ve been using it for quite a long time for international travel and haven’t had any such issues. Activation is usually smooth and things just work without this kind of hassle. You should try it out.

    @JioCare I dint get any reply and I have DM but no response there too.i have been trying to reach u people from 22 nd onwards and no resolution toll now. Hdvechiven my number alo in DM and no call. Please help me with the resolution
