    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    Please stop giving the same copy-paste "extreme weather" excuse again and again. There is no extreme weather condition in my area right now. My service request SR000038A36H was raised on 13 June, yet the engineer visit has been scheduled for 15 June. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    Live tv+ is not running on my @JioCare airfiber . It shows the 1st phone number is getting the otp though it didn't. But I have changed the phone number to new which is not showing. 1800 896 9999 is not reachable Help me out @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My Jio fiber has not been working for the past 5 days. Raised the request SR000037PHN3 on 6th Aug, and the service engineers are not committing on the assigned dates, and the dates keep moving. With such service, we are definitely losing on our patience.

    @JioCare infrastructure is upgraded. Due to this ongoing issue, I requested a refund last month; however, I have yet to receive any response or update regarding the status of my request.

    Paid for high-speed data but getting dial-up speeds for the last 7 days. @JioCare, the network performance has been pathetic. Please check the network tower/congestion in my location and fix this sluggish speed! 👎🏽🔥

Despite repeated complaints of the set too box being faulty they are not ready to listen for past 1 year. They said go to Airtel, its better
