    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    Disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare! I requested network improvement for the last 20 days, but no action was taken. Today, I officially ported my one Jio SIM to @airtelindia. Customer service matters! 📱"Jio network services have been terrible in my area for the last 30 days.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Broadband connection was closed on June 1st week. After much followup, technician visited on 12th June, took the modem and Bank details. It has been 1.5 months since and no refund of security deposit. No one responding on mails either. Amazing scam service!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Comp lodged against 0674-3137725 was supposed to be attended on 30 July 2026 (12 to 13 pm).Very sorry to inform that Service Eng has not yet come to rectify the problem.Very poor service.If it is not attended by today, I will surrender the connection.
