    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even Aircel’s 3G service was better than yours. If you cannot provide proper service, then discontinue operations in the entire area immediately.

    @JioCare This is totally false information as I confirmed in my area, there is no outage and every Jio fiber connection working fine, Today my SR resolved without any solution with comment that my Door is locked which is false, assigned engineer is nt capable and damaging Jio's reputation

    Dear @JioCare, my Jio AirFiber has been down since the recent power outage. Your engineer visited and confirmed that the outdoor unit is continuously rebooting and unable to lock onto the 5G signal (signal light never turns green). Kindly replace the faulty unit at the earliest.
