Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

@JioCare one of the worst customer service provider. As of I know for every purchase invoice is been provided.and jio person denied for invoice of prepaid recharge. Should it be considered that you are cheating us .

@JioCare For my one jio prepaid no. I have the invoice which I had recharged last month,but for one another jio prepaid no. Invoice is not available at invoice section ,and when customer care are called ,they talk like Fool.

@reliancejio I want to use jio fiber but still I didn't get any reply from anyone after registration . So please take appropriate steps for my issue if there is no network in my area so do something for that . Waiting for your reply .
