    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @JioCare CC has a terrible desk with such poorly skilled agents. Unbelievable that a man like Ambani doesn’t concentrate on customer service. Aren’t these guys a reflection of him? A few more instances like these and am switching.

    @reliancejio @DisneyplusHSVIP HD movie consumes 8-9 gb at jio, but at other service max 2gb.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Sir, my location pin code is 272176. Internet and call services is really very bad from last 2 months. Can you please help regarding this. Net speed was very good before 2 months but I can not connect the call also. Net speed is very very poor.

    @JioCare I have mentioned one app which is Youtube and other app is Google Chrome. Location is same. Still facing issues and told @reliancejio so many times but none of you has taken pain to resolve the issue. You never value your customer.
