    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    I ported my SIM from Vi to Jio because I expected better internet speed and improved call quality. However,after switching to Jio,I have been facing very poor network performance. The internet is extremely slow,and voice calls frequently drop or have poor audio quality. @JioCare

    @JioCare You keep saying the engineer visit is scheduled,but you have not provided any schedule. tell me the date, time slot, engineer's name/contact number. My complaint SR00003A0NZV has been pending since 2 July. Please stop sending generic replies and answer this specific question.
