    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    Dear @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare this is absolutely unacceptable. For the past 7 DAYS, I’ve been unable to properly use my Jio service despite having an active 5G recharge. No usable 5G, no usable 4G, no proper data, and not even reliable calls. What exactly am I paying for?(1)

    my jio fiber Wi-Fi hasn’t worked properly for a week despite multiple complaints and follow-ups. This is affecting my work. Please stop giving repeated assurances and resolve the issue permanently at the earliest. #PoorService, I think jio only money required. @JioCare

    @JioCare Massive Network outage at Iswarigacha (743222) . Since Monday due to a lightning strike . Over 100+ complaints raised , but the issue is still unresolved and work is extremely slow . Please escalate this to the field engineering team immediately. Urgent Support Needed !
