    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @JioCare I am facing repeated internet disconnections on my Jio AirFiber connection. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, but the internet keeps dropping on all devices. Service Request SR00003AFSFV was raised on 6 July 2026, but the issue is still unresolved and no engineer visit .

    Thank you for giving us such a bad experience @JioCare @reliancejio . Very bad #CustomerSupport . Our issue is still unresolved despite escalating the matter. I should probably just stay with @airtelindia

    My internet connection hs been completely down since yesterday evening. I immediately raised a service request through the MyJio app, but there has been no resolution or update so far. Request ID: SR00002ME31A Pls look into it immediately & let concern team to resolv @JioCare

    @JioCare Your services have stopped in Vasai since yesterday. No access to internet and network drops are happening. Kindly update and resume services, last thing you need is that people can’t even connect and update about their situations to their families.

    @JioCare after spending 2 days trying to log a complaint it was finally done and since then no one has come to fix the line. Service request no SR000039XS4R has been closed as resolved and the line still does not work. You just lost a customer
