Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

@JioCare @reliancejio Hi, I have recently switched to jio but I encountered one problem. In my phone there is a decent signal stick but whenever someone's call it's popped switched off to them and I have no clue regarding who is calling me as there is decent signal in my phone.

@JioCare Same thing asking again and again no any issue resolve action is taken by team. If a second of disconnection happen it will disconnect and interrupt my calls and system while working from home.whatever light of device is there green or red.

@JioCare @airtel Services have become very poor. Daily around 12.30pm network is down for 2-3 hours. Its hampering my business. Thinking of porting to airtel.

@JioCare I have an issue with my bill I paid deposit and bought jio postpaid plus 399 plan and also prime membership it got activated on 1 Nov night but it shows my plan is valid till 14 Nov. I got only 29 GB of data Can u clarify it

@mobin6668 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

Thanks @reliancejio,We had to go about 1 kilometer away from our village for network but this Diwali when I came home by mistake I switched on the data and messages started coming. I was wondering how did this happen? @JioCare @reliancegroup #Diwali

@JioCare @JioCare Engineer gets assigned daily and same thing happens again.. installation gets rescheduled for next day. Engineer says there is some technical issue for installation, if thats the case order should not have been accepted in the first place. PATHETIC SERVICE!!
