    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @JioCare @JioCare Today my address was reconfirmed, but after that the entire day passed without delivery, activation or resolution. Advance payment was taken long ago, yet the SIM is still pending. Valuable validity/reservation time is being lost due to delays attributable to Jio. Customers deserve service, not endless follow-ups. Order No. NO00015F496T.

    @Sillycorns My @JioCare services are down for last 36 hours. No ETA nothing. @TRAI is just a joke. I have paid full 3 months payment in advanced and just after taking this new connection within 15 days this downtime.

    @Ashish_4vedi @JioCare @Airtel_Presence For the down time there should be a commensurate increase in the subscription period. 3-4 hours a month adds up to 2 days in a year.

    @JioCare Sorry, but after 3 days of outage and repeated generic responses, I am left with no option but to escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline. No contact number, no progress report, and no definite resolution timeline has been provided despite multiple followups.
