    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @reliancejio esim introduction reduces the need of physical sim card, i think jio need to move to non-physical customer verification. Use the process that EGOV uses for validation for dsc issue. Go totally online!

    @JioCare So the good solutions for me Forcedness i switch to other telecom Circle because u don't have date.but u can earn money give us to slow internet speed. sadly I lost my money 💰.

    @reliancejio You guys really providing a pathetic service. Don't know what to say, you guys don't even deserve single star. Didn't resolved single issue from 3 months and everyone disconnecting the call simply...bullshit behaviour. Guys please don't go for Jiofiber, airtel is way better.

    Hii @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my grandparent village there is a strong network issue every time for making call or picking call everyone has to go on roof. I reached to @JioCare but they said they can't help me. Hope you people can help and install new tower in locality.

    @reliancejio Worst service I've seen in my entire life. Don't have proper customer service, they simply disconnect your call without resolving your issue. Guys please don't go for Jiofiber, airtel is way better and I'm regretting after taken connection from this pathetic Jiofiber.

    @reliancejio Why you are providing such a poor internet speed in kanpur ,chhapeda chauraha area ?? This is continue at least from last 15 days . If u cant provide speed of 4g net so why are u charging the rate of 4g. I am literally frustated . Do not use jio who r nearby
