    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @JioCare Network connectivity issues, mostly my group friend complaint me we are unable to contact. Further internet very poor in Taluka place also. We cannot gpay easily. Also in my area when electricity down tower not working so coverage stop.

    @JioCare Do you have man power or not? What the hell is happening. Are you guys are digging earth and implementing new fibers to restore the connection. Taking these many days is completely disrespectful to the customer and annoying service.

    @JioCare Done. But, please look into changing the terms. One minute of delay in recharging leads to disconnection of internet. But one day of service shutdown does not change anything.

    @JioCare @JioCare you are showing this as a service repair visit, but no JioFiber/AirFiber device has been installed at my location yet. I need installation, not repair. Please correct the request and send an engineer for installation.
