    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @Ravisutanjani @JioCare is worst in Customer support. They don’t want a answer on phone call so they have developed such system you will not able to reach.

    @reliancejio Following up on my previous complaint. Jio network in Nahilora Khurd, Shahjahanpur (UP) remains poor. I’m also willing to provide land free of cost if a new tower is required. Please take necessary action. @RIL_Updates

    @JioCare Impossible to reach the call center agent They’ve deployed a voice bot which is good for nothing just like their service team They’ve all the time to call and take advance money for relocation but can’t call - #terribleservice

    @JioCare Please don’t send the same response. It’s been 3 days, team has visited, and the issue is still unresolved. Please escalate and get it fixed within the next few minutes/hour, as my office work is affected. This is extremely frustrating! As how long this technical thing taken.

    @JioCare You and Your technician are fraud. Not giving any satisfactory answer regarding installation. Technicians was behaving like he is an sarkari officer and we are begging him to please complete my jio air fibre installation. Not expected this type of service from Jio.

    How to surrender and get refund or the 3 days old jio wifi connection @JioCare . Its not working properly 2 visits and 3 call supports done in last 3 days but finally its not working. Connection taken 3 days back. Worst service

    Pathetic! Service disruption request raised on 17 Aug, slot given for 19 Aug. Today customer care said they’ll schedule it for tomorrow but it was shifted to 22 Aug. Then I was asked to reschedule and its now shifted to 24 Aug. I cant contact customer care @JioCare @reliancejio

    One of the worst service and worst employees are working in madanapalle Today one employee came and he done something for to give new connection and because of his reckless work 6 families lost the network Even we are saying network lost also he won't listened @JioCare
