    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @reliancejio so bad service there is no network since last night network slows down daily. i am very disappointed with your service

    @JioCare I have spoken with jio drs. He told network has been restored of jio tower. But when my issue will be resolved. Still now no one came for air fiber service. No network from last 5 days. Resolve the issues by today.

    @JIOFIBER8 @JioCare Again same issue..A Jio Fiber guy pulled out my connection, inserted another connection and ran away before we could talk to him.. HORRIFIC! Complaint raised..no response..

    @JioCare , @jiocare, I have a problem. I paid ₹.599.00 on 11th June and I was again asked to pay to continue using Jio Sim on 17th June. I had to forcibly pay ₹399.00 again. What is happening and where did my ₹.599.00 go? I am attaching both the payment details.

    @JioCare How many times do I have to complain about this issue? For almost 15 days every month, the network quality remains terrible. Why don't you fix the network properly? Now you'll probably ask me to come to the DM and then start asking unnecessary questions, (1/2)

    @JioCare @JioCare My service was suspended before 28 May and restored only after I paid ₹509.22. Please explain why I am being charged full rental when the service was not active for the entire period.
