Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

@JioCare It’s not about the address, there’s no network after converting from Esim to physical sim. I was at my registered address and had to leave the sim at home, thanks for spoiling my journey btw.

Hey @JioCare I port in to your network today from other n/w. I got a msg saying that my new sim will be activated after 5 days from today. It's too long... Can you guys activate my new sim by sunday... Pls do the needful.

@reliancejio @JioCare Customer support is also not effective. No proper listening of customer queries. I am calling since today morning but no get any resolution
