Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

@JioCare Absolutely aggravated by Jio Fiber service. I’ve applied for a new connection last Tuesday 13th April and till now no Engineer has come for installation! I’ve called customer support twice to lodge a complaint. And no one has bothered to come!! Appalled by this!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I placed a disconnection request in Airtel, no proper response and they take more days to process this, in my premises all my neighbours decided to close airtel connection just because of their pathetic service. Jio is awesome here

There is no confirmation email even if it is cancelled. I asked her to send and she said she can’t. Asked her to transfer to supervisor, she said she can’t. She couldn’t help with anything. I have already paid, am I getting the service or not? @JioCare
