    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    Facing internet connectivity issue Monday onwrds,spoke to @reliancejio cust care thrice in last 2days.Each time they behave like I am guilty.They won't let you complete a sentence. No resolution nt able to handle 4g n they want to rollout 5g. Time to revive other telcom players.

    Jio Internet Feedback Internet speed: hardly 1 Mbps. Calling: Ultimately provides dissatisfaction. Jio care: Rased manny issues, but didn't get even 1 resolution. Thanks to @reliancejio Special thanks to @JioCare

    Beware if you have @fiber_jio @reliancejio plan, your WFH will get stalled as they do not have something called customer service/engineers to fix issues.

    @reliancejio I have one jio number and its networks services is very poor even i have already compliant with joi team but no budy are doing supportive responses .

    @JioCare pathetic service by jio fiber. It's been 2 days that Wifi is not working, registered a complaint but no one visited. Customer support have only one reply that engineers are not available. I want quick resolution and extended validity.
