    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    @TRAI @reliancejio service very poor, my fiber is not working last 24hrs and I raised request on customer care last 24hrs, but till now no response ,#we pay for 24hrs service and company not take any responsibility if service is stop,#customer always face issue#

    @JioCare @reliancejio .......the internet is dead from 14th and there is no resolution till now. If u cannot fix it today pls don't bother and proceed with disconnection and refund my money. I will also lodge a formal complaint with @TRAI.

    @reliancejio Dear team , kindly guide your team to behave well , raised a req regarding jio fiber not working 2 days ago, they said that they are not coming at my location just for a single connection resolution. So what should I do ? Wait for a group jio fiber failure?
