    Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

    For 3 months, I've faced poor network coverage, call drops, and extremely slow internet. Multiple complaints to 198 have achieved nothing. Stop sending scripted responses and fix the issue immediately. This level of service is unacceptable. @JioCare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare airtel is the worst provider i have used jio for 4 yrs no prob even 4 times now have airtel xtream not showing fifa world cup not showing hoichoi ott when u call they say jio asking money hell i am paying u why I should pay again disgusting

    @JioCare @reliancejio To make matters worse I have repeatedly called your customer care number but nobody answers. The entire system appears to be automated. I was sent a link for assistance but the link does not work either. As a result I have no way to track or follow up on my request. @JioCare

    I came to twitter because I am sick with Jio customer care fake promises on engineer visit or issue escalation, @reliancejio I would like to request you to please help with this ! We as consumers don’t expect this from a company like Reliance Jio.

    @JioCare Not sure if changing the modem will solve the issue until it is done. The engineer mentioned that only if you close the previous ticket, I can raise a new one to change your modem. (2/2)
