  Hey ! @reliancejio @TRAI @JioCare, I have recharged my jio number with 4 plans in place to be safe from the price hike, they all were in queue until something happend and all of them were activated. I called customer support and they didn't have any solution for my problem.

  @JioCare Your team has switched off phone as well when I ask for resolution. By when I can expect this to be resolved. You already breached 24 hours resolution time. And this issue occurred 4 times in last 2 months. Yet there is permanent resolution.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I upgraded plan to 500 mbps. Getting < 100 mbps speed. Jio guys are in my home now asking me to call customer care and register complaint before it can be sorted. Yesterday too they came and asked me to email which I did. V Disappointing. #Chandigarh

  @JioCare My point is every month i pay ur bill amount but... In my plan i got 75 gb net ..but please show me that in my bill details if in any month i use the whole 75 gb net.. Never.. Because i provide worst network and net speed... Thatways i use another one number for (1-2)
