@JioCare @reliancejio After installing new tower (TST0001) IN our area we throught Our network problem might be resolve, but no improvement, to network, only 200 m area get coverage, please increase coverage. And please imstal 2 more sector to tower only 2 installed but 1/2

It's been 24 hrs of complete network blackout in my locality, @reliancejio what a garbage support system you have. Even after repeated dms the issue isn't fixed. Now @VodafoneIN is following the trend, they're down too.

@JioCare Why should we? You are responsible for displaying such fraud ad in your app...and it results in degrading your image as well as increasing no. of angry customers. Jio users only know jio company why should you channel your customer base to a fraud company & lose your customers?

I am pretty much disappointed with Jio Fibre connection service. I have been following up on the internet not working service request from last 36 hours, no one is taking care of the request. They are postponing the engineer's visit after every 2-3 hours. #JioFiber #jio #jiocare
