It's been 24 hrs of complete network blackout in my locality, @reliancejio what a garbage support system you have. Even after repeated dms the issue isn't fixed. Now @VodafoneIN is following the trend, they're down too.

To resolve your service requests, @JioCare jio fiber is probably only service provider, wherein technician demands money to solve ur issue and to for installation too, no this is in addition to the company charges, and jio Supervisor let it happen!

@snaveen_333 @airtelindia Converting physical SIM is such a hectic process in Airtel. I tried multiple times but in the end, I became helpless. Thank God, @JioCare contacted me and I shifted to it. Trust me brother, they are best in service.
