It's been 24 hrs of complete network blackout in my locality, @reliancejio what a garbage support system you have. Even after repeated dms the issue isn't fixed. Now @VodafoneIN is following the trend, they're down too.

@JioCare @reliancejio After installing new tower (TST0001) IN our area we throught Our network problem might be resolve, but no improvement, to network, only 200 m area get coverage, please increase coverage. And please imstal 2 more sector to tower only 2 installed but 1/2

@JioCare @reliancejio my area pin code is 221002 (Daulatpur, Paharia, Varanasi). Not just my jio but all the jio users in my locality are suffering from poor internet speed. I think there is something wrong with tower. Please look into it.

@JioCare It's been years & still connectivity is not there other service providers are offering the fiber connection only jio is missing from the list, ask your network expansion team to identify proper areas where people are waiting for the connection
