It's been 24 hrs of complete network blackout in my locality, @reliancejio what a garbage support system you have. Even after repeated dms the issue isn't fixed. Now @VodafoneIN is following the trend, they're down too.

@JioCare @reliancejio After installing new tower (TST0001) IN our area we throught Our network problem might be resolve, but no improvement, to network, only 200 m area get coverage, please increase coverage. And please imstal 2 more sector to tower only 2 installed but 1/2

@JioCare I cannot activate the premium zee5 subscription that I purchased separately because there is a jio complimentary pack active on zee5. I was told by zee5 support that it is a recurring pack being activated by jio and they have no control.

@reliancejio 3 weeks since payment has been done, installation has not been done even after repeated follow ups, tweets and messages. Really very poor service. Have been trying fir a refund but that too is not being done. #installation #poorservice
