@JioCare @reliancejio After installing new tower (TST0001) IN our area we throught Our network problem might be resolve, but no improvement, to network, only 200 m area get coverage, please increase coverage. And please imstal 2 more sector to tower only 2 installed but 1/2

It's been 24 hrs of complete network blackout in my locality, @reliancejio what a garbage support system you have. Even after repeated dms the issue isn't fixed. Now @VodafoneIN is following the trend, they're down too.

Worst Service by #jio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Moved to a new location and was trying to relocate my #JioFiber. Booked an appointment on 13 March for relocation, since then I have called customer care 3-4 times & each time they moved the appointment to 4-5 hours later or next day.
