It's been 24 hrs of complete network blackout in my locality, @reliancejio what a garbage support system you have. Even after repeated dms the issue isn't fixed. Now @VodafoneIN is following the trend, they're down too.

The service engineer who has done the installation is also not turning up even though the jio agreement with installation engineer is first 30 days issues should be handled by them. @JioCare or #jiodoesnotcare

@JioCare Done. Please check ASAP !!! Due to this issue or downtime or whatever. I've missed many important calls in past few days. And after hours, I get a text message of "you've have 1 miscall from the sender". Need resolution quickly!!!!
