    @JioCare @reliancejio After installing new tower (TST0001) IN our area we throught Our network problem might be resolve, but no improvement, to network, only 200 m area get coverage, please increase coverage. And please imstal 2 more sector to tower only 2 installed but 1/2

    @AkashPa94448831 @reliancejio @JioCare But, this time you guys have devasted us. Problem : Wire that was connected between router and Pole(from where that was connected), has cut down. But, no engineer has this expertise to solve this issue. Please send expertised engineer to solve this.

    It's been 24 hrs of complete network blackout in my locality, @reliancejio what a garbage support system you have. Even after repeated dms the issue isn't fixed. Now @VodafoneIN is following the trend, they're down too.

    It’s been over 1 week and my Jioairfibre is not even working worst experience.its just been 20 days of the connection and not working from past one week. No resolution constantly saying one thing "backend issue". If it's not getting resolved just close it. @JioCare @reliancejio

    frustrating is that despite my WiFi being completely disconnected since April 1st, I was still forced to pay the bill. This is absolutely unacceptable and clearly reflects the pathetic level of Airtel’s customer service and commitment towards its user.@airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare so worst service by Airfiber. Internet speed is so slow that, even TV can't watch properly. It is the situation in a Jamnagar city. Chiii, so bad service that we can't download/play a game properly. Where my friend enjoying the life with Airtel. Scenario in it's own city

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Complaint registered on May 6 (SR000035B69F) for Voice Calling issue. Without resolution, it was marked 'Resolved'. Reopened on May 9, but now put 'ON HOLD' without any site visit. Resolve it ASAP!

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply. The issue is that I have recently updated my Date of Birth (DOB) in my Aadhaar card. The MyJio app is still showing my old details and the online re-verification is failing repeatedly. Please guide me on how to update my new Aadhaar details in your records
