    @reliancejio Jio service is worst.I have taken connection but signals were weak so i withdrew within month,now its more than 20 days no one came to pickup set top box.However i have complained over calls and mails several times but not a single person has contacted at local level

    @reliancejio your service in bareilly is extremely bad. Have been trying to reach your area sales manager in bareilly to no avail. I am surprised when customers want JIo connection and the company is not intrested.@JioCareDTH @JioCare

    Jio is the worst network company ever. I have complained many times but they have always more excuses instead of solution of the problems. I have been 2GB per day plan for 3 months but i am unable to use this data due to low network speed @JioCare @GoI_MeitY @reliancejio

    @JioCare My connection is Jio AirFiber, not regular JioFiber. Please confirm whether the issue is related to AirFiber tower/backend fiber backbone instability or routing problems. If yes, then kindly provide actual time and realistic timeline to fix it instead of repeated generic replies.

    @reliancejio @JioCare if you dont wont to allow to port then tell it very clearly. Why so much restriction. Following up with last 1.5 months still no luck UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still no action and I get reminders to pay the bill for a service which I havent used for past one month. Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 15+ days since I booked Jio AirFiber and I’m still getting only excuses. Technician is not listening and keeps giving false promises daily. Install it by tomorrow or I’ll cancel my order and disconnect all Jio services. #JioAirFiber

    I redeemed a Rs 300 JioHome Credit Voucher for my JioHome number and received confirmation with Transaction ID. The email said the amount would be adjusted in my next postpaid bill but the credit is not reflected in my latest bill. @JioCare @reliancejio kindly help!!
