    @JioCare It’s been 4 days since my river was wrongly cut by your technician. After many false promises, still no action on wanting to rectify your mistake? Not even the courtesy of reaching out and giving me a timeline. Very horrible experience @JioCare.

    @JioCare As advised by you, I have logged out. Uninstall my jio app, shut down mobile (though not suggested) again re installed My Jio App, login with mobile number 9823916771, OTP inserted and still that menu for activation is not available. This I have done several times.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio RMN 9392860448, connection cancelled and device collected one month before till now 1500rs is not refunded, Always calling customer care is replying to wait for 10days for everytime cc call giving gift of waiting for 10 days Kindly do the need full
