    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber's after-sales service is pathetic. The internet on my JioFiber connection at GK-1 has been down for the last two days, and this issue keeps recurring every 15 days. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I fixed it. You simply had to say, On STB, Goto Settings, applications, downloaded apps, select Hotstar, Clear Data. Now open it and login again. It by default picks the subscription from the Jio STB. That's it! Sadly, Jio support team is useless as you know nothing!

    @JioCare your internet connection doesn't seem to be very much around the area of Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. I primarily stay there. There's network usage needed. Do something or I might have to switch to @airtelindia

    Worst corporate onboarding experience with @reliancejio @JioCare! Moved all our corporate SIMs to Jio, but there’s no clear option to pay bills. Made a payment, and it got refunded! Been stuck on a call with 199 for almost an HOUR (59 mins+) just getting transferred endlessly.
