    There should be a minimum balance to service activate a SIM I think so I have a primary sim to which we use WhatsApp and all the other things and there is secondary SIM @JioCare So I am thinking of Porting my secondary SIM to jio as @ViCustomerCare kabhi network Nahin aata

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Reliance Jio is thief with no customer care... My 2 plans are activated by agents and now saying can't deactivate and you have to pay double... Nobody resolving thr issue...It's like Ambani getting deaf for user queries and issues... Not sure where to go?

    @Airtel_Presence But i want to port nearly 100 connections bcoz in @JioCare unable to call and get call inside house total area facing this problem almost all are fed up with @JioCare if we give complaint onemonth wil be correct and agian it goes same

    @reliancejio Im facing network issue past 2 months after 6 PM and your customer care executive also not answering properly and they not having answer about my questions I don't know what's going on ok atleast they want to my call try to resolve this problem as soon as possible

    @JioCare The issue is not yet resolved. The speed is still very slow. Having a 4G sim and the speed is not even of 2G. @JioCare

    @JioCare Network issue means all the websites and apps will not work. My jio app is not at all showing anything.
