    Pathetic service @reliancejio, issues keep arising and forget about getting an executive at the doorstep even connecting with customer care is difficult . Think twice before opting for @JioCare

    @JioCare Sharing contact details on DM clearly leads nowhere. No response after that, calls are blocked by outage IVR, and chat doesn’t connect. This is unacceptable service. I want immediate disconnection of my JioFiber connection. Stop delaying and process the request.
