    @reliancejio pathetic service support from JIO. Service technician was demanding money and refusing to complete the installation. I paid him 250 and then he has created a technical issues and the internet is not working.

    @PrakashVeer10 @JioCare Jio is now only giving commitment, I have done complaints but they only replies on tweeter not physically doing any activities for better network. Since few months sent them my query but only replies not action.

    @JioCare Yesterday I raised request I'd SR000013umvq, I was asked for a visit yesterday 3 to 4 pm but nobody came. Today I got a call 916382122518 and he said between 9.30 to 10.30 nobody came. In terms of service Jio is pathetic and I will move to Airtel Pls change your tag to jioNoCare

    @JioCare This is very unseen senerio happining in my area, for past many days we are not getting proper @reliancejio signal, no voice calls ,no internet. Due to this, we are thinking to port to @airtelindia . Please accept this as official complaint. Pincode-226301 V/P Sisendi.

    @JioCare Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 31-01-2021 : 09:30:00 for INSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection. Your Order number is NO0000G8PPG2. This is 7th request rec'd from Jio but no one comes for installation, very Bad service

    @JioCare hi, the daily data plan of 2GB has been exhausted without any major usage. Just normal browsing of newspapers for an hour. Never happened before. Request you to take a look immediately

    @JioCare For the past 4 days I'm messaging you guys and I haven't got any proper response. If you can't resolve my issue atleast cancel my connection and I'll better move to @ACTFibernet Of the 28days plan almost 1 week has gone away with no internet,will you pay a refund for it (1/2)

    @JioCare P.S- your representative gave me the solution by advising me to use the adaptor of TV but was not ready to change the defective adaptor.

    @JioCare N worst 4 customer support d employees on d ground level r worst.. my new connection a weak before and the WiFi is not working nobody wants to help just took the money and vanished. The agent visits n promise to help and disconnects my calls for a week now. @JioCare @reliancejio
