    @reliancejio Today there is bad network glitch is going on this location area even msgs are couldn't be delivered..and calls drops automatically please resolve and confirm

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ just paid money n got prepaid SIM card yesterday. I haven’t used it and data has already reduced without getting any internet connection on my phone from the time I bought sim. The guy who delivered the Sim card doesn’t even answer the phone to resolve. customer service useless

    @JioCare so much pathatic condition of jio voice calling and internet last 2 years maney compliments but no help, when send Port out sms than imidate call by jio only making fool,no help

    @JioCare It was scheduled for 12:15pm today and literally no one has showed up or called. How unprofessional is this? At least communicate properly and share the details of what time he’s actually expected to come!! Am I expected to wait all day for him to come and fix the issue!

    It's been 2 hours since the power cut of 2 minutes in my area and my jio router hasn't started yet. I tried everything as stated in jio guidelines but no help. really disappointed from jio. @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio
