    @reliancejio @JioCare there has been 2 days and we have zero network in our area and zero in a literal sense. We are unable to make calls and even whatsapp messages aren't getting through. There is no response from your support team. Please look at the matter asap

    @JioCare The issue has not been taken care of at all.. Customer care is not responsive at all... I can't keep on waiting entire day in the hope that engineer visit will take place but nothing happens
