    @JioCare its astounding 2 see how pathetic ur services r. using jiofiber for 27 days and out nearly 15 days was forced 2 use mobile hotspot to work. wondering what did i paid for? thousands of rs drained in flush by opting 4 jiofiber. worst ISP in India

    @JioCare unable to use internet, red light blinking fast and your app diagnostics are unable to determine that the router is on. Restarted router multiple times but didn't help. Tried calling 18008969999 but call disconnects after playing music for a minute. What to do now?

    @JioCare The customer care would just ask to restart the device which i have done already multiple times & now since yesterday the customer care call would only be on hold for hours, i have DMed my account details, pls check and help otherwise my only option is to get this disconnected

    @reliancejio I have been trying to contact your customer care as my Jio fiber connection has stopped working but the number provided on your website gets automatically cut. Its honestly poor service from your end.
