@saradasrinivas @JioCare Jio is Worst service provider with slow speed and upon raising complaint service team asks to surrender the old connection and take a new connection. Customer support team is even more pathetic, struggling with them since weeks but there is no proper solution and No proper ETA

@reliancejio it's been 2 days since my internet stops working for 20-30 mins. If I send a normal photo on whatsapp it takes 2-3 minutes to upload and then during that time I can't receive any messages nor send any. Please help me out in this matter @JioCare

@JioCare Fraustrate.. Lots of people r facing jio internet problem in my area. 3-4 signal n/w coverage, internet speed slow Area- Nakhas Chowk, Kotwali Road, Gorakhpur-273001. Contact- 9026888006 Plz solve this problem fast Otherwise we change jio network to another network
