    @JioCare Today again i got a call tht still there is technical issue and cant install and they are not giving time they took payment 2500 using it since 4 days what to do with that i need my internet asap or info on that

    @JioCare I want my refund and nothing esle. I dont need installation of Jio fiber. Don't want to use Jio any more in future. Just process to refund and that's the only resolution I want. Do it within 48 hrs or you will be liable for further leagal action.

    @JioMart_Support This product was really ordered by mistake from my end... I know product delivered was correct.. It is packed inside box as it is... Can't you as a courtesy, do some favours for an old customer? @reliancejio Returning Rs 495 for jio is nothing.

    @JioCare You are not doing anything at all. The revised ETA is also lapsed. I called for new connection & they are ready to give it today. But for fixing issue with existing connection you're sleeping for 6 months shamelessly! Atrocious! conduct to loot unsuspecting customers like this.

    @reliancejio If a person want to pay its Postpaid bill..and the connection is terminated..then for paying dues only the customer have to get OTP . But from where ? Cz the connection is already terminated.. And as far as I searched..there is no other medium to pay postpaid bill

    @JioCare What do you have to do with mobile and versions? It is corporate account and we are asking the bill of April on registered email. We tried checking online and on different phones but didn't see the bill. Now please stop asking stupid questions and if you can, send bill by email.
