    @JioCare Complain no. SR000033W1T7 auto closed today without visiting an engineer. Still I face the internet very slow. I don't know why my complain has been closed without resolve. I suggest every indian not to use Jio Fiber this is a fraud company and they are theft money through this.

    @JioCare It has been 7 days with the same internet issue, no proper action, and yet you people keep closing tickets without fixing anything. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Stop closing tickets just to fake resolution and start actually solving customer issues. (2/2)

    @JioCare The LED is ALREADY GREEN. That's the point! The connection is active but the speed is unusable during the day. It works fine at night, which means it’s a bandwidth/congestion issue in my area. Stop checking for a Green LED and actually check the speed logs for my Customer ID.

My Jio SIM has been deactivated, but my Airtel SIM is still not activated even after more than 48 hours.Due to this issue, I am unable to make calls or receive OTPs, causing serious inconvenience MobileNumber:6301180552

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed! Relocation request for Service ID: LR00001CVYIP pending since April 10th. Status is 'Hold' for 10 days. Even the Nodal Officer is not responding. I am a long-term customer being forced to switch. Resolve this TODAY or process myrefund
