  @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber device is not working properly since a few hours, with a consistent blinking red light, which switches to green for a short time and then back to blinking red. Remaining details shared via DM. Please assist urgently Thanks

  @reliancejio @JioCare There has been an issue with Jio Fiber ONT, The Red Led has been blinking for hours now. The Red Led Blinking switches to Green Led Blinking and then again back to red. Kindly look into it and expedite the issue being faced.

  @JioCare I am calling in Jio customer care since morning for my jio fiber, there is no answer from there, then at last I have registered a complaint from my Jio app and in that also I am getting tomorrow's time slot ,If the problem is today, then the result should also be today.
