    @JioCare Seriously disappointed. My JioFiber connection has been crawling for 2 days straight. Multiple complaints logged, calls made, and still zero action—no update, no link, no technician. This kind of service is not acceptable. Resolve this immediately. #Jio #JioFiber

    @JioCare Facing repeated outages. Electricity work cut fiber for whole street. Raised SR000034NC6N, given 4–7 PM slot, no technician assigned, now pushed to tomorrow. Poor coordination. Need urgent resolution.

    My mother is an asthma patient and her health is getting affected badly due to ur tower Generator. This is dangerous and violates basic pollution and safety guidelines. Kindly take immediate action to fix the exhaust height and stop night-time disturbance. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This is beyond frustrating. I’m paying for Jio AirFiber, yet I’m forced to rely on mobile hotspot just to get basic work done. Speed tests show numbers, but real usage is terrible—constant buffering, unstable connection, and zero reliability. 1/2 #Jio #AirFiber #WorstService
