    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio from past 3 weeks 4G service in Atmakur Pincode:509131, Wanaparthy District Telangana is very slow, better to say disastrous. Please look into the issue.

    @JioCare Priyanka, any update on SR00003C5U11 support team is working on it but any eta Or timeline of refund or 2099 is year set on that SR? I understand your side but support team got to be pushed to resolve 2.5+ month old simple refund matter. Why such issue can't understand.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare, My Jio AirFiber has been down since yesterday, and the engineer visit is scheduled only between 4–5 PM today. I work from home, and this delay is severely affecting my work.This level of service is extremely disappointing.
