    worest network @reliancejio in my area can't even load a pubg like mobile games due to network it lagging my phone a lot while playing if you won't improve then i have to prefer other networks @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancejio what type of service you are providing in panvel area.After small rain you had stopped internet pack service of panvel jio customer.I had paid for data service pack.kindly refund my money. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    Furthermore, when i call the customer care at 12 pm, they tell me to wait till 4pm and when I again call at 5pm, I'm told to wait for 24hours. I am drained and exhausted making these pointless calls to your @JioCare I might just drop this in vain connection and move to Airtel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m facing internet connection issues since past 6 days, called the customer care atleast 20 times. They keep telling me the engineer will visit, it’s been 4 days nobody has come to check. Do you understand the loss one faces? Honestly, worst service ever!!
