    What kind of 3rd generation technology does #reliancejio uses. Every time I change my esim from one phone to another, is stops receiving calls from any number. Why all this harassment to the customers if you have not perfected the technology. #Airtel gives far better esim service

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat you guys kept prompting me 2 recharge before due date and I recharged. The additional 10 GB voucher got activated and got lapsed with my previous plan validity. This is a stupid scheme. I will never recharge b4 due date now. Inform your product team

    @HathwayBrdband Hathway broadband has 3rd class technology and 3rd class customer services. Am fed up complaining again and again about the network issue. Hathway sucks as a service provider. Have made multiple complaints about network issues but no resolution @HathwayBrdband @reliancejio

    @JioCare I've DM my jio no, alternate no and residential address make sure the problem is resolved. I get just 2 lines of network leads to voice breaking problems, call drops and slow internet speed.

    @OyeLovnesh @reliancejio Please don't waste your money by switching to JIO network Their pathetic service department & connection issues will frustrate you. The charge for 1month plans but you will get only 12 days of it, rest will be outage every month without customer service. Now you can decide.

    Even after multiple complaints & paying 3 times the amount paid by prepaid customers, I’m not getting the service I expected. I was easily getting 4-5mbps when I was using jio prepaid, since the time I’ve started using @reliancejio postpaid, it just getting worsened, only 200kbps

    @JioCare i want to discontinue with Jiofiber because its over a month and still my issue is not resolved. It seems jio don't want to solve the issue. May be i can switch to @Airtel_Presence now

    @JioCare I have already registered a complaint a lot of times before. The place where I was living had no signals there and you guys never resolved the issue. You guys are just opportunist who want other companies to be dead and establish your monopoly.
