    @JioCare the worst network we have ever used...we are small village people's if you are not able to provide better service..than why you launching 5G first of all do better in 4G than come forward...you charging 555 for 84 days and 199 for 28 days..but your service is always down

    Wrt jio service req no SR000013I26B dt 25.12.20, service person came today and claimed that jiofiber 4G max speed is 30Mbps (near router) No solution for connection drop Possibly jio doesn't have qualified engineers in Kgp area #worstservice @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber

    @JioCare we gave you 600 rs for recharge but your internet speed is not even like 100 rs world wrost internet speed I m getting 2 kbps make your service better or either reduce your wroth charges
