    @Siba_TNIE @reliancejio @JioCare When i was in TCS kolkata,Bbsr 2018-21 had a horrid time with jio and that too in prominent areas of both cities.They dont have any proper grievance redressal mechanism.Only tokenism.

    Dear @reliancejio, why is your network coverage so patchy in Bhubaneswar? In Jaydev Vihar where I live and Mancheswar where I work, people complain of not being able to reach me on phone. This been happening for a long time. Can you help or should I switch? @JioCare
