    @JioCare I am a jio customer, I am having very bad experience when I joined jio. Customer care creates daily new SR when I call them. I have 5 SR request for cancelling my connection. Request got automatically closed. Till now no one has come for device pickup in last 24 days

    @reliancejio Hi , I am in Saudi Arabia and my prepaid Jio SIM has no network to received even msg. Kindly activate it urgently. Although my Airtel SIM has automatic connect to local signal and getting sms easily. My prepaid no is 7004426396 and 84095 24665. Kindly activate IR.

    Worst Customer Experience: Saga Continues Had got a @JioFiber connection installed one month back in my apartment Had to shift to new flat which is in same apartment same floor same location and all yet the easy to shift @reliancejio @JioCare is not able to do any thing instead

    @VarunBadavath7 @JioCare Jiofiber is not helpful at all...they do not attend to complaints within a reasonable time...and also they refuse to refund for the down time...Jio is bullying their customers

    I wanted to take Rs 399 jio fiber prepaid plan but in the process took Rs 1499 plan for which Rs 1768 were deducted. pls help us in taking the original Rs 399 plan as we do not want the Rs 1499 plan. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare jio is the worst service provider.after 24 hours they are saying wait for another 24 hours your problem will be solved!plese dont go for @reliancejio services, instead go for local service providers who provides better service.
