    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Previously the refund to be made by 24 Aug. The customer team self generated service request to postpone on thier own to 2 SEP 21 Also Rs.1000 was taken in cash at the time installation JIO wants my deposit ? Jio Fiber ID 400124149509 #JioDigitalLife

    @reliancejio @JioCare Can i port a number (which doesn't have any network for two weeks and my network operator is not helpful) to Jio even when it is not possible for me to receive sms or whatever for verification ?

    @JioCare poorest customer service, issue haven't resolved since 2 yrs, I still have to use because I have no other option, you guys are playing with customers money

    Duped by @reliancejio. Upgraded router & the Jio engineer charged INR1K for that. Later I'm informed that the upgrade is free, engineer has left Jio & @JioCare is too unbothered to help. And guess what the new router sucks - slow speed, poor connectivity
