  @JioCare @JioCare I have already change the setting of my device, didn't I mentioned in the above tweet that it's not about my device it's about the area . You can check with your network team that today at 5.18PM whole network was gone.

  @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio Whenever there is a power cut in my area (Banshibazar, PIN code 221717), my AirFiber internet stops working and the mobile network becomes extremely slow. I’m not sure why the Jio network performance drops whenever the electricity goes out

  @JioCare @JioCare my issue is still not resolved even after multiple follow ups, the recharge done is not against a wrong number, the transaction was done for genuine number only but the status is still not reflecting and my concern is not addressed. @TRAI kindly help..

  @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.
