I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

@AJIOLife Plz note dat we raised this issue here after 2 months! We made 20+ calls & many emails. Request a resolution with a confirm date. Also wnt to bring ur attention to a very poor customer care service where they close complaints without any resolution. @ril_foundation @reliancejio
