I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

I have been asking for a transaction ID with no luck so far. I'm glad I did not choose your service at the end. Hoping for someone to actually look into this.
