I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs donโt get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

After multiple calls and emails the connection was terminated and after a two months the equipment was returned to my location and then collected by the jio ground team as well. And after that I was promised a refund for failed service

So, you people needed to refund that too in case you people are going to do cancellation due to your pathetic and incapable service.
