    Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

    I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

    @reliancejio Hello, I would like to bring to your notice that there is a severe break down of Jio network service at my native place. Almost all villagers are Jio users so please recitfy the issue on topmost priority. Location: Malhad Village, District Supaul, Bihar Regards

    @DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

    @JioCare Visit of our Jio service engineer to your premises for JioFiber Service ID 299843637585 has been rescheduled to 20-07-2021 : 10:45:00 as per your request. .....This rescheduling has been going on since May 14th 2021. We r sick and tired of following up...

    @reliancejio: Sold JioFibre promising I can cancel anytime "no questions asked".Bt when I cancelled,was asked 100 question abt why I n cancelling n customer care insisted on knowin d reason.This is ridiculous and wrong promotion.Its been 15 days nw,still cancel request is pending

    @reliancejio Jio the worst service provider. The fiber team takes money and then there is no installation. When you call the team they don't reply. Horrible experience. The most unprofessional staff any company can have.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your service is very bad. In our locality your network connection is very low. Your service is available only when electricity is available, there is no Electricity generator facility. voice call is not clear even full networks are available.
