@JioCare Not available in my area, even jio internet speed is slow since launch, only at particular place in my house I get 1mbps rest area hardly 10-20kbps. One tower is there which is not operational near my house.

@JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

@DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

@JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

@Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

@JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

@JioCare Infact whenever the internet is down we start getting calls from local service provider to switch to their network claiming Jio Fiber is not good and everyone is moving to us. Don't know what to do as internet is down since two days now.... Should we disconnect....?

@JioCare @reliancejio Today I took connection of JioFiber connection NO0000GEA18Q, they took payment in morning, even rigorous follow ups for 10 hours, no one came for the installtion. Sales person not picking up. Such Pathetic Customer service on the first day<1>

@JioCare recharge with plan 555 , we are getting speed 2kb in 4G, what is this , many time done complaint, even your customer care number is not able to connect, what is this , in your plan you charged for 4 g plan but you provide speed even worst than 2g , now time port?
