Why it is so hard to talk to a customer representative in @JioCare ? Please provide a proper potocol to talk to them about jio fiber. The given numbers in the help section does not redirect me to any person.

@JioCare This has been going on everyday since last 6 months. Everytime I speak to the customer care, they say some network issues are their which will be resolved soon. Yet it has been 6 months. You guys better refund my money #jioscam
