@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

@RelianceJioCare @reliancejio My wifi is not working since yesterday morning and even after calling customer care 8-9 times the technician has not visited to resolve my issue. I have raised a ticket yesterday at 12:45 pm (SR000014E1Q7) and it has been more than 24 hours now.

@JioCare If your plan validity is about to expire you will get bundle of notifications but if your money got stuck they won't even bother to inform you that when your got refunded. The Worst customer service in telicom. @reliancejio @airtelindia your customer service is better
