    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @JioCare I had in-house shifting same location-same address(3rd floor to 4th). its 2 days none of your engineers able to solve my problem. Engineer assigned & he is just saying me to wait 30minutes..30minutes. 12PM-8PM Wht the hell this going on my subscription id: 299139237841

    @reliancejio Morning onwards internet is not working and till now OTP packs are not active, Yesterday I made a complaint now no response Now I am thinking why I chose a jio postpaid connection Customer care worst needs to educate on how to interact and solve the issue
