Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

@JioCare you don't give option to complaint for Internet issue of sim which is attached on dongle or router. It's really frustrating that network is slow poinsning. Do something, don't give cheap service as reliance communications used to do.

@reliancejio @JioCare From the last 2-3 years the internet speed in my area is worst especially from 10am to 11pm. I had complaining continuously to your customers executive but you guys are sleeping and not a single effort has been taken from your side to improve network

@jiocare once again I have raised a complaint for the same issue as I was told that it had been resolved but within 2days the problem has incurred yet again. Kindly give your input on the above and do something to solve it permanently. Kindly look into the matter and help with it

@_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio I'm a smart phone user and I'm using jio. But the internet package i got is useless for me. I don't find a single plan that consists of only message and calls. Why i pay for the service that is not usable to me. All consumers don't want same thing.
