@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

@JioCare Funny to see asking address details for issue which isn't related to any location..my issue is- when Service validity is expiring on 3rd February how can I be unable to call any number...why it's saying No balance for making calls while data is working??

@reliancejio still awaiting refund which was approved on 06th April 2021. No response from @JioCare over emails nor is any solution provided on calls. Just the standard “within next 07 working days you’ll receive it” however its been 47 days now.

@JioCare i had taken the wifi connection and at that time i was asked to deposit 1500/. I was told that it is completely refundable. It was never told that 1000 rs will b deducted after 1 month. This is after asking the sales executive multiple times.
