    @JioCare Now a days jiocare is worst support team. Previously it was very good and now we unable to speakto support,wait till 7PM 23 Sec but no response.Even data speed is very low and weareplaning toswitch over to other provider Alwas heard their promise as itis temperory issue

    @JioCare my current location is SASARAM Bihar pincode-821115 then my problem is your jio network in my location is very poor and your voice quality is good but your internet service will be very poor in all times not more 100 kb/s speed in my location. So,please solve my problem

    @JioCare Funny to see asking address details for issue which isn't related to any location..my issue is- when Service validity is expiring on 3rd February how can I be unable to call any number...why it's saying No balance for making calls while data is working??

    @reliancejio Hi team it has been obsebed that in Bihar State dist-rohtas village parsar Person who aligned to manage jio tower.aligned person daily off the connection that's why we are getting poor connectivity.pls look into this matter as we r paing for aervice

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @kuntalojha26398 @reliancejio Dear, 4G like 2G is the reality of Telecom service in India but here my case is something different..Jio stopped calling facility 3 days before service validity..Data is working but while calling it's saying No balance to Call..don't understand HOW..?????

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve been using Jio AirFiber since March 2025, but the billing issues over the last 2 months are frustrating. My regular bill is ₹706. May was ₹909 (Paid), now June shows ₹1208—that's ₹500 extra! (1/2)

    @JioCare This is the worst service experience I have had with Jio. Every team that visits simply transfers the issue to another team instead of resolving it. This lack of coordination and accountability is completely unacceptable.
