    @reliancejio now a day jio try to provide5 G service but 4G service day by day very poor in rural area ,before5 year 2 G was much better comprision now a day 4 G

    my current location is SASARAM Bihar pincode-821115 then my problem is your jio network in my location is very poor and your voice quality is good but your internet service will be very poor in all times not more 100 kb/s speed in my location.@reliancejio

    @kuntalojha26398 @reliancejio Dear, 4G like 2G is the reality of Telecom service in India but here my case is something different..Jio stopped calling facility 3 days before service validity..Data is working but while calling it's saying No balance to Call..don't understand HOW..?????

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    The customer support is so pathetic of Jio Air Fiber. They disconnect the call if they do not have any answer. I have postpaid connection and I have to pay in advance to use it. Support says - "It is postpaid but it works as a prepaid." @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio
