    @JioCare @reliancejio Fiber not working in Sasaram properly.Fluctuation always happen in Sasaram.Staff always provide delay service in restoration.Fiber Id No-6184350838.

    @kuntalojha26398 @reliancejio Dear, 4G like 2G is the reality of Telecom service in India but here my case is something different..Jio stopped calling facility 3 days before service validity..Data is working but while calling it's saying No balance to Call..don't understand HOW..?????

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @JioCare Since last 1 year this problem has persisted and you are saying this is a temporary issue.Please tell us how long is your temporary issue,we are just being fooled.Whenever you complain,it is said to be a temporary issue.Shame on such service,who are not able to tell their problem

    @JioCare @JioCare - this is the standard response I receive from all customer care executives. Unfortunately nothing is helpful. I have raised the escalation service request on 8th June - Service request no SR000037WGLD. They confirmed issue will be resolved by 9th June. No progress made

    @JioCare I’m tired of repeated engineer visits and temporary fixes. The issue still persists despite multiple adapter replacements, resets, and support calls. The wiring has already been checked and is fine.
