    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working last 25days now we very uncomfortable very bad service please solve this problem other wise we will change network.

    @JioCare Every agent assuring me the same but no one is visiting and solving the issue. I keep on following up you guys since 5 days. I lost trust in you guys. Thinking of disconnecting the service and choosing another provider if it’s not resolved till tomorrow afternoon.

    @JioCare also, would like to bring to your notice. That the service guy tells the speed issue is because line is long & there is no box installed. So the solution which he gives is that sir why don’t you pay for an additional connection by paying 1500 rs. We will setup the box

    @JioCare @JioCare I have jio Fiber connect. with no. Despite making Adv.payment for services till 20.04.22 & with much follow up with Jio, connection not working for last 3 days. And surprisingly Jio App showing 'You have no active plan' Pls resolve & resume services.

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely unsatisfactory reply. One humbly feels a company cannot frame rules bypassing the law of the land by denying the input tax credit to a registered person and also keep the prospective customer in dark at the time of offer.
