@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare My internet City is not working since last 15 days. My number is +912613599405. Despite raising complaint on My jio app for 10 times , no engineer has ever bothered to come to my place. I want my Jio connection to be disconnected with immediate effect.
