    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @JioCare I don't understand one thing will you people wait for late payment of monthly bill ?? No right.... How could you expect that resolving each issue will take 48hrs and the customer should wait till then ?? Is this the right way that jio service is ??

    @JioCare Your network services is too poor and I am extremely facing internet connection problem since last three days. And I am thinking to port in another SIM if problem will sustain remain.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi I have ordered Fibre connection... Order no. NO0000O5RBRE. The scheduled time of visit was yesterday... No body came in scheduled time or called.. i called to customer care, still issue is unsolved.

    @JioCare do u know there is a phone Called Samsung S20 fe 5G ? Still Your Site showing Not Compatible Device.. You are confused with the S20 fe 4G verison With s20 fe 5G version. Please Fix it. Airtel is Giving 5G in s20 fe 5G device @SamsungIndia

    @reliancejio Hi I am a user of jio now I am using my sim at Hyderabad Near to RTO office Kondapur. Staying at 1st near to NH but the internet connectivity is very slow even a page isn't open. please do the needful. My Number is 9834173362
