    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working last 25days now we very uncomfortable very bad service please solve this problem other wise we will change network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Since the last 2 days my broadband is not working fine. Frequent disconnections. Raised a ticket for the issue, but the issue is still unresolved. Your bot support is very irritating. Not able to connect to CC. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio.

    For about a week now I have been having a speed issue with the @reliancejio internet service. Against a speed plan of 100 Mbps I very often get less than 10 Mbps speed. I have complained multiple times and have just had the customer service person hang up on me. @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is in. Reference to recharge : Ref Id:BR000904ZKJV The amount has been credited from my bank, as per my bank it has been transferred to ur merchant bank. Still no recharge is reflected in my account since 8 am. Kindly resolve the issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio We have 800 to 900 jio mobile connections but in our village the network is very poor, i hereby request you kindly improve the network in our village otherwise we will shift from jio to other mobile network
