    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is not working last 25days now we very uncomfortable very bad service please solve this problem other wise we will change network.

    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    @rachitpjain @JioCare @reliancejio Jio is very slow... If you complain about speed issue... There answer is "a lot of people using Jio so the speed is slow". If you cant handle customer ... it's better to leave them.

    @JioCare I my last two recharges of Rs 149/- Jio Internet used very poor like 2G so till rectification of poor internet speed in our area I will not recharge. Many Jio consumers are suffering from same problems.

    @rachitpjain @reliancejio your service is degrading. Stability is a problem. I have raised complaints twice so far and no one visited my home but cases are getting closed. Losing confidence in your service and quality.

    Jio Mobile Network is really horrible in our locality. Its network coverage is VERY LOW. Its Internet is VERY SLOW. It also GOES OFF when the power goes off. This had been persisting for years, and till date no solution yet. Please solve this problem. @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio must improve network issues. Not only Rural but urban cities also facing network problems. Maybe soon we have to port our sims to other network companies. Hoping for action before it's too late.
