Stop extending ETA and fix it asap. I also expect my plan validity to be extended for the entire duration of this service outage. @jio_fiber

I tried calling the support number and the call got disconnected stating I already had a complaint raised. How will someone escalate the issue ?

The services were never taken and cancelled beforehand, partial refund of 3437.46 is credited and balance 807 is pending. Hope this clears, now refund ASAP.

Also they all will raise the same complaint then reliance will take action otherwise not My village is big and around 2 km of village people are using good service like 5G. After big recharge why?
