Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

@JioCare from past 2 months ur network in @IAurangabad has become hell, sudden call and network drops at least 4,5 times a day, worst data speed esp. In the evening and ur 198 customer support just won't connect even after long wait. 9273393639 is the no. Plz help in fixing
