    @JioCare Before roll out to end users you should think about it.. Can you refund the amount? If million of users watching cricket you should increase the bandwidth? Are you receiving a complaint first time No right.. Then why it's not being resolved

    Dear jio what is the use of recharging so expensive when your internet is working worse than 2G. The network is in such a bad condition that despite having a jio tower within 1 kilometer, your network does not work well. Please find some solution🙏 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Yes its internet most of the times. Specially when someone is using @reliancejio network. If your service is this poor in a city like Lucknow, you can think of the situation in countryside. I lose almost 3 GB of data daily. Cuz i can't use it, because of your poor bandwidth.

    @JioCare Now mismanagement of JIO Operation and Technical . Payment made.service not activated.When the customer having all evidence of successful payment and the Seniors are playing hide/seek.

    @reliancejio Dear jio, please change the behavior you have with your customer and whoever you want to recharge, stop rutting three days in advance, the service will stop, I will know that I will get recharged, why do you disturb?
