    @JioCare I am not able to connect Jiofiber on internet since last 8 hours .I lodged complaint but no help available.problem persist.

    @JioCare Very much inconvenience... There is no tentative date even we reach customer care.. And 1month is not small time.. To fix the issue.. Not sure how you can able to call us.. Where we can't able to make calls properly.. This is another question..

    @JioCare Can’t you fix the issue permanently? No one is explaining why it’s been unresolved for more than 65 days. Customer is running from person to person and facing grave hardships due to mobile services being barred.
