    @reliancejio @reliancejio I have paid ₹2500 as deposit for Jiofiber on 21st Dec 2020. Due to worst service by Jiofiber, I sent mail to jio care to cancel my request. I have provided details asked by jio for refund the amount but still Jio not refund my amt. Jio not responding call also.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber has very poor service even their staff is not rady to give new connection I have booked connection and paid Rs 2500/- person visited and asked me to lay the cable yourself and he will come to connect. This the way !!

    @fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioCare Jio gigafiber is one of the worst ISP. Speed test is showing the full speed i.e 150 mbps. But while using internet it is continuously gets loading. I have done 5 complaints. but they are Assuming internet is ok based on speed test. Will deactivate

    @JioCare I have filled the form for JioFiber more than 3 times by now, but to my dismay, I never heard back from your side. The service is available in my area, but i am unable to connect to Jio Customer service. I'd be really thankful if you could help me with this.
