    @reliancejio is the most frustrating mobile network I've ever used. They don't even provide customer care facility, just some bots speaking non-sense!

    @JioCare @JioCare - Awaiting an update. I will not wait for another month to get the amount adjusted, have been hearing the same thing since 3 months and still have to follow-up. I would rather switch to some other service provider.

    @reliancejio For what we are paying you ... In a fraction of mintutes the 2 Gb data is getting exhausted by only messaging in wp You are taking more than 700rs for that 2 Gb but not giving good service not only net mut also the tower is not working properly Please 🙏 check it.

    @JioCare i was never told while selling the product that jio fibre will only support 5g devices to the maximum speed rest will be on 15-20%. Can someone really help me with this. Not happy with pre sales pitch, now facing the outcome

    It is very unfortunate that Jio internet speed and network issue we are facing from last 2 months at #WanporaVillage of #Gurez Valley. @JioCare @reliancejio you are not bothered about that . Why then installed towers when you are giving poor services in my village @MIB_India
