@reliancejio @Facebook Why @JioCare force to me for recharge and said if not recharge they will close to my jio number and jio prime membership.Why they or you treat as so rough.Why prime membership be closed, even I have active prime membership. It's to hurt from you!

@reliancejio my post paid connection services were barred without any prior notice? Is this Jio Customer Service SOP ?Last month my Billing plans was changed by Jio without our consent or initiation. We complained about it. Instead of resolving it you do this? Nee explanation!

@JioCare Already contacted jio in past 1 year for almost 7 times but they reply the same the service may get acctivated in near future but it's closed for now. I am in serious need of fibre connection. Even if I need to play 5k I am willing pay but jio doesn't even consider that.

So on 20th July I recharged my @reliancejio number with a 777 pack which had a complimentary @DisneyPlusHS , as my previous subscription was about to end on 31st July. Now today when I tried to login into my @DisneyplusHSVIP account it is asking for renewal.
