Raised an issue on jiofi device @reliancejio @JioCare a week back, but still no update. Still how long have to wait. When called from mobile only ivr is there no in-person even after 15min on line. Tried from whatsapp its utter waste.

@JioCare I already have connected the local manager Ravij patel , I told him it's been more then month and is this the way #reliance #JioFiber treat customer. By saying that you can shoot email we will work at our convenience time .it was informed that after Diwali it will be done still

@JioCare Same answer as @ACTFibernet no problem. These are your standards. It cannot be helped. I had high hopes. But only DISAPPOINTMENT with thele fiber companies.
