    @JioCare I just need to know what is Max time limit for ur word future. It's been already 2-3 Years passed nd I don't see the word future turning to some limited time to solve an issue

    @JioCare Give instructions to each and every customer that when service engineer visits them they should make video of it because you will ask for the same when issues will not be resolved in months long. Ask name and phone number also as it will be needed to fool public later on

    @JioCare Just would like to inform you that nobody has come to sort out the problem & simply giving lame excuses for not visiting. Such practices will not lower the credibility of JIo fiber. One of your lineman/technician has intentionally cut the fiber wire for his self vested interests.

    I have registered a complaint for cancellations of my jio fiber connection on 10th october 2022 and a pickup of jio fiber router and set top box but you customer care support can't process of complaint. Complaint no :- SR00001EHK69. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dear Team, pathetic service regarding service request SR00001EMDBS. From Sunday, I am getting false time commitments from your service engineers regarding replacement of ONT to support my plan speed.
