    Day to day the network getting worst. Complaining through one month but @Airtel_Presence didn't any respond. Should we go to @VodafoneIN or @reliancejio . @TRAI please help us

    @JioCare Service Request no SR00003FNBPT JioFiber has been down since 2 PM. Engineer visited but left without fixing it, saying it’ll be fixed tomorrow. Why should my recharge money be wasted? Fix it NOW and compensate me for the downtime.

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio
