  @ViCustomerCare Hi, If a prepaid customer recharges 2 days before validity expiry of existing plan, why the existing validity gets lapsed and why it doesn't starts from the expiry date. @reliancejio is offering this. No loss of validity if you reacharge early. Can you please help

  Resolution date for the router got pushed one day further again. Extremely disappointed with Jio Fibre service. Have it installed for 1&1/2 months, out of that, it was down for almost 15 days. So basically I’m paying for two months and using just one. @consumerforum_ @JioCare
