    @JioCare Your engineer visited and advised me to go in for cancellation process.the guy mobile number is 9841353507..he said due to long distance wiring he cannot rectify the issue..now I request you to take action against the guy who cheated me and made me to take the connection..

    @JioCare i have a jio fibre connection which is not working since 18.08.2022. complaint is also lodged with # SR00001D0Q7K which is unresolved till date. now i got message that Engineer will visit on 22-08-2022. Worst service from jio.

    @JioCare Have sent u both the details, if by 5 your technician doesn't visit, kindly remove your router. I can safely switch to airtel fibre network which is far better than jio. One of the worst service u have. And ur team of technician is another worst team.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. 😡 Facing constant network issues, slow speed, and frequent disconnections. Also unable to connect to customer care at all.Please disconnect my AirFiber connection immediately. I don’t want to continue with such poor service.
