    @ViCustomerCare hey I'm not even getting 2g internet from today morning near ramapuram, Chennai. It's my stupid decision to stay with Vodafone even when everyone suggested to Port to @reliancejio

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    @ACTFibernet I hv paid 1 year Subscription in mrs.R.Lakshmi’s name.Last 72 Hrs,there is No-internet connection & Ur service is very bad.None of ur staffs r responding wt respect.Infact some hv abused my staff & threatened us to surrender #Broadband.FYKI @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare Hi all. Thanks for twitter support provided. I finally decided to cancel Jio Subscription due to poor support and prolonged delay in resolution. Still no resolution provided. Very pathetic and disgusting experience I felt. I hope this is not repeated in Future.

    @JioCare JIO Fiber +91-4435601545. Paid for set-top box on 15-Nov & booked for an installation on 16-Nov but no one turned up or called me. I booked a complaint yesterday 5pm. Commitment given within 24 hrs, till now it is not done. Really it’s a worst service by JIO.

    @JioCare +914479691511 Got connection on 2/10/2020 , still not activated, after several follow up with sales team & engineer team, still now query is not resolved, i am really fed up with the service in initial stage itself, think i need to cancel the connection & get the refund

    @JioCare my jio fiber no is 4479624957, my registered mobile no 8072628448. Jiofiber not working since 8/2/2021. Made complaints and jioteam closed my complaints without attending it. I requst that donot charge me for the period during which the connction is not working.

    @JioCare I called your customer care atleast 10 times over the last four days regarding my wifi not working. It's still not resolved and your customer service keeps promising to do it the same/next day but no action yet. We're all working from home, please do something soon

    @JioCare from Korattur Chennai 600076. Very worst service I never face like this every month twice or thrice line will be disconnected. No direct customer care only ivrs. Our complaint will be booked a time slot which will be after two days. no use if we contact installed person

    I recently ported my wife mobile number from Vi to @reliancejio. Not at all happy about the network coverage. Forget about 4g 5g, there is no signal at Kolapakkam and in particular her school where thousands of teachers use cell phone. We are planning to move out of @reliancejio

    @Jiocare fiber Service Request Number SR000016W497 is open for 4 days. Adding fuel to the fire, while everyone was home, streetsmart technician gave a missed call, refused to pick response calls and closes the ticket. Jai Hind, lesson on customer service.

    @JioCare Thanks for action on this after multiple follow ups. The SR raised states resolution by 16 May. I have paid for jio fiber on 6May, why I have to wait till 16? I have paid amount on 6, not availing services till date, will jio pay interest on my money which they parked on 6?

    @JioCare Despite subscribing to Jio annual plan of Rs 3599 , availability of Internet in Sector 48, Noida is highly hopeless. For last many months, Internet disappeared almost every 5 minutes for few minutes and so on. Please improve your service to avoid porting to Airtel.
