    If ur technicians can't come ro attend complaints during lockdown,then how come your installation r following new customer like dogs and installing new Connections as well in this lockdown . @fiber_jio @JioCare your are totally worst.Its been 4days and my Internet not working .

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t understand logic when customer care person told with Jio WiFi you can watch prime, hotstar if you have own account subscriptions.

    @JioCare I took the jio Fibre trial pack with in two weeks had lot of issues gave complaint still no impact it was the same connectivity. Finally I raised a surrender request within 25 day’s of the activation and a SR number was raised. The team didn’t come to pick the device.

    @reliancejio Respected sir/ Madam, Availed jio fiber network connection in December 2020, within free trail period raised request for termination. Around 16&17 th January devices Modem STB box picked, still not received my deposit, how many days still want to rotate my money ?

    It's been 4days @fiber_jio @reliancejio made 100calls 2 de customer care,lots of Tweets,mails bt Stil No 1 called or visitd my place.Its totally affecting my WFH.Provide refund as I'm not using ur services.Pls look into it @TRAI and cancel #jiofibre license #jioworst

    @JioCare Respected sir, Regarding my refund of Jio Fiber connection, availed in Dec 2020, terminated within 30 days of free trail. Neither any one called so far nor any notification from Number 1 network of India, it's Jio Fiber. Please initiate my refund immediately. Thank you

    @JioCare I called your customer care atleast 10 times over the last four days regarding my wifi not working. It's still not resolved and your customer service keeps promising to do it the same/next day but no action yet. We're all working from home, please do something soon

    @JioCare I called 50 times to the customer care and the local tram to pick the device. I spoke to the overall head in chennai post that they picked the device 1 month later. Got 500 rs and 1000 rs didn’t come. So many complaint given still not got. Really poor service need a sol.

    @JioCare AM NOT GETTING ANY REPLY ON DM. Device is not getting Connected to internet. Not detecting the remote. JioTV app keeps crashing. Amazon prime also not working and I am not getting any resolution for last 5 days. Very poor service

    so a frustrated consumer now tries the new tool #consumerhelpline lets see if it works or not. I have registered a complaint against them. Even send a mail informing the grievance no. and other details. let see how @JioCare responds.

    a week had passed: still, Jio Stores and @JioCare have the same reply: we are looking at it on first priority. I don't know how much time Jio Customer care wants to talk to its own employee. i don't see they are willing to help. 1/2
