    @JioCare What are the health issues, used one month new device, did ur representative mentioned at the time of pick-up, it is not done him, ur advertisement for trail version and after pickup ur cheating the public, this is the way ur doing business.

    @JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

    @JioCare @reliancejio No service since morning. MP registered sim but I am right now in chennai. I even went to your jio care and purchased a duplicate sim and it has been almost 3 hrs now. None of the two sims are working.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @JioCare I am facing issue in my router from the past 5 days from the time of installation. I am getting only 10-20 Mbps speed on 2.4 GHz. Band. Two time service request raised but no resolution. 8248363580. Please change router.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 3/ Multiple tickets, multiple escalations, 10+ days of follow-up & now false updates in the system. Customers are expected to keep chasing support while requests are put on hold or cancelled without resolution. Need immediate intervention from a senior escalation team. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber internet has been down for 80+ hours. Complaint SR000036X115 was raised on 28 May. Engineer visit was scheduled on 29 May but nobody came. After ~30 calls to customer care, the app still shows "Assigning an Engineer". Please fix #JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare 2/ Every day a new complaint or escalation ticket is raised. Every day I’m assured someone is looking into it. Yet the next day, the request is either put on hold or closed without any action. The customer ends up doing all the follow-up while Jio does nothing.

    Hello @JioCare, I was denied service at jio store. I needed to get ownership transfer from my dad to me. What would have been a simple visit turned into the following: First they asked where I got the sim from.
