    @Airtel_Presence Your team told there is some network issue at my location after 48 days that too on next day of getting my PORT request it is too annoying Pls grow up your customer satisfactory work or atleast the response. Starting Jio and promoting the same to all around @JioCare JioCare

    4.5gb per day in speed of 3g and sometimes 2g. Everyone live in 2020 but i live in 2010 'cause of ji network. What the hell @JioCare.

    @JioCare I am experiencing very low network speed for the past few days ! Not at all fair to have reduced the network speed when people are using the mobiles more due to lockdown ! Location : Thirumazhisai , Pincode 600124.

    @JioCare When is that earliest?? In this wfh situation all my works are effected due to this downtime. I will have no option other than closing my connection if the issue is not solved before tomorrow's afternoon This is really pathetic service!! It's just 2 months since switched to jio

    @JioCare Looks like your earliest is still miles away!! No resolution for my issue yet!! It's been 3 days since I lost my internet and no body is bothered to fix the issue!! Namesake service request and eta for resolutions!! Lost complete faith on #JioFiber #worstservice

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @reliancejio, poorest service @AmbaniHu it's been more than a week i booked my jio fiber and settop box but it's not been installed and evry day they call and droping a text mesaage and saying there is a technical issue and give time. Stop doing such scams jio fiber

    @JioCare pathetic customer support for JioFiber. When it comes to someone getting a new connection your representative will reach the house within hours but when it comes to disruption in the service and the customer needs help there is no one to be seen.

    @_MukeshAmbani Respected sir, I have complaint with @JioCare nobody listening us. we are facing network problem in our location since 2 years.filled many complaint but no response, but whenever recharge ends, many calls landed on mobile regarding recharge but not improving ntwk.

    Begging level of @reliancejio is at peak.. On plan expiry it's okay to inform the customer before the call but doing it on every call until the customer recharge is next levels of begging + customer harassment.. 😑😡🤬 @TRAI

    @JioCare If issue always occurs then you need find out some solution, you can't give the same reason every time. And additionally if issue happens at your side there should be provision to extend the user's plan

    @JioCare 4 months and counting after mails sent to your team and confirming over the call also about the fraud your engineer did who is no longer working with you coz probably ual found out of these doings of a lotta other engineers in our area!! Bt it's the customer still suffering!
