    @JioCare Looks like your earliest is still miles away!! No resolution for my issue yet!! It's been 3 days since I lost my internet and no body is bothered to fix the issue!! Namesake service request and eta for resolutions!! Lost complete faith on #JioFiber #worstservice

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @JioCare I taken the jio fiber during the trial period in April 2019, I was told there will be no installation charges, will be getting the full refund of the deposit amount. Now when I contact to cancel the service i was told there will be rs 1000 installation charges.

    @JioCare When is that earliest?? In this wfh situation all my works are effected due to this downtime. I will have no option other than closing my connection if the issue is not solved before tomorrow's afternoon This is really pathetic service!! It's just 2 months since switched to jio

    There are basic problems while using the internet my no., please solve them immediately. Even the jio app is not opening to complain. There is no internet facility even to give feedback after customer care call. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare can you please stop irritating for three days prior to validity ends. That to before each call you start reminding and that continues for one minute. Do you even realise how much time you take from customer by this reminder for three days !
