    @Chanakya26 @JioCare People are getting frustrated and irritated. @HathwayBrdband stock price are in profits. In search of affordable and good speed people choose #hathwaybroadband but in return we always got betrayed and feel cheated. Even they don't care about the customer reviews. Got chills.

    @reliancejio @JioCare thank you jio for letting me know that i have to only pay for recharge but not to expect service from you. It is we who recharge and so we are responsible whether we get the service or not. This is the most ridiculous reply i have ever heard from Cust care

    I want to give a very weird compliment to @JioCare I play Carrom and Ludo on phone and I mostly Win not because I am a good player but my network is stronger than theirs I win most games coz OP got disconnectedthinking of trying Real cash Rummy or teen Patti and make some bucks.

    @VodafoneIN Your speed was so slow that this tweet took 3 minutes to post. Better switch to @reliancejio my frnds suggested that @JioCare provide quick solution unlike you who msg me that I'll get the resolution by 27 march.What shoud I do till 27th March.Cant even work from home

    @JioCare This is not a spam issue. But a Scam issue. The fact that I received THIS SMS despite being on DND is a whole different issue altogether. Please block the number firstbto prevent innocent victims calling them up. That should be your primary responsibility.

    @JioCare Your network continues to be pathetic at Ozone Valley Parsik Nagar, Kalwa ,. Paanchpakhadi Thane and everywhere I go in Thane and Kalwa area. MNP is inevitable.

    @JioCare AM NOT GETTING ANY REPLY ON DM. Device is not getting Connected to internet. Not detecting the remote. JioTV app keeps crashing. Amazon prime also not working and I am not getting any resolution for last 5 days. Very poor service

    so a frustrated consumer now tries the new tool #consumerhelpline lets see if it works or not. I have registered a complaint against them. Even send a mail informing the grievance no. and other details. let see how @JioCare responds.

    a week had passed: still, Jio Stores and @JioCare have the same reply: we are looking at it on first priority. I don't know how much time Jio Customer care wants to talk to its own employee. i don't see they are willing to help. 1/2
