@reliancejio @JioCare How long you gonna take to fix the your services here, have been complaining since 3 months but no use It literally buffers even at 360p And the irony is you people are planning for 5g whereas you 4g network can't even provide a 3g service

@reliancejio Recharged my Jio number 9419065365 with 1299 on 1/11 ,after 1 month of recharge Jio requested me to submit my documents and I submitted. After getting service resumed there were no balance in my Jio account. Now I’m asking my money back else I’ll move consumer court

Dear @reliancejio @reliancegroup, I’ve been having plenty of issues with my gigafibre and I haven’t got any help from @reliancejio’s customer care whatsoever despite dozens of calls and the same constant promise of “resolution within 24 hours”. Preposterous use of monopoly.
