Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. I visited at Service center, they said device has been 'mishandled' and charging pin is internally damaged. Phone was charging normally, no problem.

Because as power cut in my area , i get notifications from Jio for network connectivity issue & when power supply resumes then I get notification for services resume.
