    The worst network I have ever used @airtelindia I still regret why I have ported from @reliancejio to Airtel Sorry jio after 45 days I'm going to Port back to jio poor Network and poor customer service center

    Ha ha ha please port cos they dont charge any paisa because @Airtel_Presence never has signal nor 4g so how can they charge. @reliancejio anytime is the king

    @JioCare I have such a horrible time with Jio customer care for sim replacement. It has been more then 2 days with no resolution. Request the team to take care if it urgently and provide a resolution

    @reliancejio thats a every good move to abolish IUC charges I support this one how much customer needs a spoon-feeding what all jio must give can't they understand at least this move I pity on jio customers I mean who brought the revolution of data in India #isupportiuc

    @ACTFibernet over 8 hours since no connectivity. And we call it Digital India. Ridiculous service and ridiculous customer care. Will be changing my ISP very very soon. @reliancejio Your time to take over and show these guys what true service is. Hope you don’t disappoint.

    Jio.. jio.. signals too low low.. Competition isn't always about offers and also about service. I'm at a major railway station and no data WTF... Pretty annoying.. Went Bangalore last week, the same routine.. @reliancejio #jiosucks

    @JioCare @reliancejio There has been an internet outage in my area for the last 9 hours now. Used @airtelindia services for as long as 15 years without any such outage. No response/update from any chat on app or whatsapp. Wow! I can only speak to robots if I have an issue

    @reliancejio data quality in my location is terrible. I get a max speed of 2mbps at night and during day i can barely surf on the internet. My current location is Poonamallee Chennai-600056. Please improve network quality by installing more towers since there are many jio users

    On 13/03/12 I have opted for your Jio Fiber Service which I cancelled on 12/04/2021. After that in fact of my many calls, the engineer from your side has come on 24th May 2021with Service ID 301050365529. Now I have only been refunded ₹500/-@JioCare please look into the matter.
