I suggests people to Don't buy a jio sim it's network speed now equals to 2g net.i Using it. worst . Fraud. Internet speed is 20kb 30 kb. And they are talking about 5g. Unbelievable. Airtel BSNL is best. #jio @JioCare @reliancejio #jiocare #jio5g

@reliancejio @RelianceDigital thanks for pathetic service. Firstly installation was delayed. Later there was no internet connectivity. Suffered from last five days by complaining. No resolution. Daily new service request is raised by team. Lastly I applied for cancellation.

So, it’s been a month since i have reg. for the Jiofiber and everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled on this day for Installation but jpr team forget that they have appointment. But i guess @reliancejio has forgot customer service is main.

@reliancejio I have applied for new prepaid sim it was delivered and I have paid charges too. Now when I am dialling 1977 for activation it is not working. Person who delivered is not picking up the phone, even his superior not responding.
