4 sales person stating in relian store no crowd only me asking at the top of my voice for rates as there no rates attached on kiwi and no one is ready to pay attention @reliancejio at mansarovar riddhi siddhi circle in jaipur. Poor quality experience @JioMart @JioMart_Support

@reliancejio @RelianceDigital thanks for pathetic service. Firstly installation was delayed. Later there was no internet connectivity. Suffered from last five days by complaining. No resolution. Daily new service request is raised by team. Lastly I applied for cancellation.

Dear,@reliancejio i thought it will be a good idea to shift to #Jio from @airtelindia but guess what i was wrong. It’s been a month since i have registered for the fiber & everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled for Installation but dont show up.

it is crime to do recharge in advance if you are a Jio customer as the company says they wont give you hotstar benefit even if you have recharged with the said plan. Also the executives at @reliancejio @JioCare dont reply to this query when asked in DM.

@JioCare Customer can surely adjust with network hiccups, sometimes bad services of data/calls, we understand being a customer that how these things work, but giving bad customer service on call or chat is another level of nonsensical thing.
