@JioCare The date has now been rescheduled to 14th Jan. It will be 5 days without the Jio Fiber service. Very poor service & then you charge for the whole month. Pl schedule someone for 13th Jan 1st half on urgent basis. The dates are changing since 10th @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

I'm really tired from jio fiber Bought a New @reliancejio Fiber connection on 19 Dec 2022, It was a postpaid connection. I Paid 2824.92Rupees for that But the Interesting part is after 2days Fiber was not working so I raise a complaint SR00001GH2PC. @reliancegroup @ImAtulKansal

@JioCare it's been 3 days my Jio Fiber connection is facing issues. Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Very poor service..

@JioCare No Update. No One came at the premises. 2 visits were scheduled by for the eng. 8/8 7-8 PM & 9/8 10-11 AM. But no one came. This is very pathetic service. Please discontinue the account and provide me the complete refund of 3182. Not even single day internet was working.

@JioCare Such a pathetic service by jio it just ruined the image of jio after such a experience i will install @airtelindia broadband service. After raising the complaint 2 times, as per schedule time no Engineer visited and they assure on call to fix it with in 24 hours.
