@GuptaShradha29 @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber I too am facing the same issue in Jaipur, even after arranging a call from a friend who is registered fiber customer the customer care was no help instead they cut the call in middle.

@JioCare third time in a week with same problem of jio fiber. Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. Address to this issue ASAP.

@JioCare There is no Authorized person in this big company who can answer my queries. they are working all with computerized systems & one call center who are all with a scripted lines to say, no solution with bad behaviour.
