    Jio network is worst at my place. wn it comes to net speed, sorry to say 😐 its not working at ol. Raised the concern many times since September 2018 bt issue not resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio plz 🙏

    Please improve your net speed. It really sucks. Facing this issue from last 3 years. I called u for this, but the same answer given to me since then. हमारे technical experts काम कर रहे है। network coverage is very poor. Very bad @JioCare @GoI_MeitY

    @JioCare Need solution not sympathy pls. I paid money for plan and I am not able use anything. My work is getting hampered, torchered by your customer care called 10 times . Every day I am calling them . I need resolution previously also I have to raise it to social media for solution

    @reliancejio hello sir we purchased jio wifi dongle in march 2020 but unfortunately battery is not working from few days i contact on shop where we purchased he suggest go to service center But in jaipur service center is closed reason is covid 19 please help me 9829544305

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Have never come across thugs like Airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio was much better than these Thugs. Can't solve problems for many days and earning interest on others money. It is the largest organised FRAUD in India @DoT_India

    @JioCare I have silver plan 200x3=600 gb, however my net speed is down and I have consumed only 200 gb and my next 400 gb is not automatically updated..pl check and revert .. jio number 01413550970, plan validity till 25th July.

    I suggests people to Don't buy a jio sim it's network speed now equals to 2g net.i Using it. worst . Fraud. Internet speed is 20kb 30 kb. And they are talking about 5g. Unbelievable. Airtel BSNL is best. #jio @JioCare @reliancejio #jiocare #jio5g

    @reliancejio @TRAI_OHD We raised query regarding extension of validity of jio fibre of which you didn't replied. As I see you are not paying any heed to this matter I request you to please solve this issue ASAP within seven days, otherwise I will take legal actions.
