Dear,@reliancejio i thought it will be a good idea to shift to #Jio from @airtelindia but guess what i was wrong. It’s been a month since i have registered for the fiber & everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled for Installation but dont show up.

@JioCare @fiberJIO @reliancejio Most hopeless customer care I applied on 30th July, application cancelled on 31st July due to mismatch ReceivedSMSon 31st that money willbe refunded with 10days Regrets to say that till date after 16 days passed,no refund received Refund my money

So, it’s been a month since i have reg. for the Jiofiber and everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled on this day for Installation but jpr team forget that they have appointment. But i guess @reliancejio has forgot customer service is main.

@reliancejio @RelianceDigital thanks for pathetic service. Firstly installation was delayed. Later there was no internet connectivity. Suffered from last five days by complaining. No resolution. Daily new service request is raised by team. Lastly I applied for cancellation.
