@JioCare @TRAI Very bad services in term of fixing an issue for Fiber Connection. No technical support provided by Jio... Every month 5-6 days connection not working and everytime customer care team saying we have minimum 48 Hours of TAT. Billing 30 days where 10days no internet

@JioCare @amazonIN I have paid 1500 rs annual fees for Prime renewal however my prime membership got stopped as soon as I ported my phone... Jio is saying Amazon will help and your call centre are saying Jio will help @consumerforum_ plz help my rights are being exploited

@reliancejio @rajasthanroyals I had jio postpaid which I ported to another network due to network issue.. I had paid 1500 additional amont on my bill for Amazon Prime.. But when I ported my network.. You also stopped my prime for which I had paid an additional amount.. Tbc..

Experience of getting a #JioFiber connection, DAY 1: Jio executives literally asked me for a ladder(মই) so that they can take the wire from the pole!!!and also said it's the customer's job to have a ladder in home if you want to take a #JioFiber connection. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Meanwhile, the request has been pending since Nov 13th. @JioCare has been claiming request has been note & forwarded to concerned team. Problem is, I doubt anyone at Jio is actually *concerned* about customer service at all.
