Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Whenever I call your customer care, they give false promises of EOD delivery or keep transferring calls, wasting time, and finally disconnecting.
