@reliancejio @JioCare I'm not satisfied from the services of JIO store. It is very much disappointing that you go to JIO store for having some services from them and they told you that you have take this one too with this. What is this ****? If I already have such thing then why?

@GuptaShradha29 @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber I too am facing the same issue in Jaipur, even after arranging a call from a friend who is registered fiber customer the customer care was no help instead they cut the call in middle.

@JioCare third time in a week with same problem of jio fiber. Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. Address to this issue ASAP.

@JioCare Fiber is blinking with red light & internet got disconnected. Tried calling customer care, but no response from them. If we raise issue in MyJio app, service person not available today. Before getting connection they were very friendly but after they won't respond.

Facing a problem with Jio. My phone was lost and I was using Jio eSIM and not able to swap sim because my aadhaar biometrics are locked. Aadhaar is also linked to that number so not receiving OTP. I called so many times to Jio Care but resolution provided.@reliancejio @JioCare
