1/2 @JioCare Really very bad performance by @reliancejio since last 2 months. I can't even use 100 mb data in a day. Call get's disconnected automatically, Contact number comes Out of the coverage, internet doesn't work, pings get fluctuate. So disappointed.

to pay this amount. Just give one reason why I should pay this amount. I am using wifi for data services in office even at home. For calling using @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN provided by my company. I am waiting for resolution and paid my bill every month. Now I will not!!!

Internet of jio gigafiber in my area is not working since 2days. They are not able resolve the issue. The incompetent @JioCare team unable do to anything. They are the worst. Anyday @Airtel_Presence is far better than @reliancejio.

@JioCare I have appointment for 4PM for Jio installation but till now no one came what a great service no commitment on the words Airtel is much better in providing same day service at any location. If I didn’t get the connection today i need refund and will go with Airtel.

Worst customer service @reliancejio !! I’ve paid in advance for my corporate Wi-Fi connections, post receipt of money, no revert on installation. Agent doesn’t answer my calls! No one has reverted even after fixing a slot for installation. I need my money! 😡😡
