Wire break down because your team is not changing the wire but repairing it. Its not helping. Can't even register a complaint in jio app. Shows something went wrong try again. I raised a complaint on 29th May about my router which was not working after the bill payment vide reference number SR0000370UYL. But till date I don't get any resolution.
