@JioCare My concern is very simple as that @reliancejio stealing internet data. It's not happened only to me ... I can mention atleast 5 number of my friends who also faced same issue yesterday on 04.05.2020. Shame on you guys is it your way to give resolution. @JioCare @TRAI @MukeshAmba

@reliancejio @TRAI_OHD We raised query regarding extension of validity of jio fibre of which you didn't replied. As I see you are not paying any heed to this matter I request you to please solve this issue ASAP within seven days, otherwise I will take legal actions.

@JioCare @ukvish Ye jio wale bahut bada wo hai, DM karne bolega uske baad kuch action nahi lega. Mera village me bhi yesa hi problem hai, mere ghar me 3 jio sim hai or sab me 2 gb/day hai but 200mb bhi use nahi ho pata hai due to network issue. Please switch to Airtel at least you can make calls

@JioCare Hi. It has been more than 24 hours. The internet is still down. No engineer has checked this issue until now. I have no option to DM you. Even in this pandemic time, your competitor was able to resolve issues for another customer within a day. Your service is pathetic.
