    @JioCare I have raise the concern multiple time but no resolution provide yet. I have recharge 15days ago.From last 13days net not working. If you don't have any solution then y dont you close this company. Every time next 2hour resolution time given by c-care executive.

    As per experience i am facing the Network problem , Call drop , During call no clear voice etc etc. In the hope of good service i ported the no to bsnl but feeling regret. @JioCare @airtelindia

    @JioCare I pay 20 may 1500 rs for jiofiber but right now no connection why you peoples give sweet pills of common peoples always get reply in 24 hours your problems solve now date is 16 but no solution

    @JioCare Jio fiber is worth service i have seen,will suggest no once need to take this service. My Jio fiber not working from last 3days.Every month 5to10 Jio fiber not works. On call cust. care team informed in next 2hours issue will resolve,but no results still issue facing

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani No one is Responding, is any one is working or not 30days your services fiber service was noy working,i have not used your services my plan was expaird, either you have to extend the plan validity or you have to refund my amt.

    @JioCare @reliancejio NO0000HE961M is my new jio fiber order no. Booked on 22 may 2021.since then continues getting 4 installation schedule from jio that no one came to visit. Technician called me to insist to cancel the booking and get Refund back. What next ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst network. Apka customer care sebhi contact nhi ho rha h ab. Jab hua tha to vo sirf complaint register krte h unpe kam kon krta h uska kisike paas javab nhi h. You only meant to make customer but don't want to deal with them. Thank you

    @JioCare @JioCare is one month is not sufficient? My just simple ask i want my money back, i haven't use the jio fiber services in last month. You resolve the issue when you want but i want my money back.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have not seen this type of worth service. It is already pending from last 6 days. Every month i have face this issue. @_MukeshAmbani sorry to say but if these type of service you have provided then i have to say my selection was incorrect.

    @JioCare Everytime someone new person replies. But never call the customer to understand. Perfect blackhole of customer support. Sorry to say, but it is true. I am facing internet issue for more than a month now.

    @airtelindia feeling sorry that I recharge with 199 my airtel no instead of jio. these 35 days frustates me everytime when I surfing internet or use hotspot in my laptop. next time I will never make this mistake. airtel @Airtel_Presence waste of money. jio is best.@JioCare

    @JioCare I didn't recieve any calls from jio. This issue is lingering on for a quite a long time.

    @reliancejio Worst service till date. After payment if Rs.2500/-, NO ONE FROM JIO ARE BOTHERED TO DO INSTALLATION. One team says connection can be provided, installation team says they can NOT. Tired of following up, what are you guys up to?

    Complained on 2nd feb for Connection error... Till now no resolution have been provided😌 After several complain no response frm techincal department is available. Technician asking for charges for complete service. Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE I HVE EVER FACED. @JioCare

    @JioCare you have barred my outgoing since 6 am in the morning. The reason told that I negative credit balance. I have Rs 2300 surplus balance in my account and still you say credit balance is negative. WTF is this? @airtelindia can you please tell me how I can port into airtel?

    @JioCare jio services are at its worst..very poor !!Whenever tries to get support, in response - this may be because maximum users using service at same time, update ur phone software, in our system you are in good service. Never hope for any solution..
