    I haven't seen such a worst Management @reliancejio @JioCare 😡 waiting for Security refund from jan.'21 onwards for mobile 77xx77xx72, So many SR made & gone, Just assurance of Credit in 7-10Days but no Credit (Last one SR000015NKBR) now even not replying to mails. #JioCheating

    @JioCare it's been 3 days my Jio Fiber connection is facing issues. Have submitted a request for the same but from the last 3 days it's getting shifted to the next day. Today also the respective engineer who was supposed to come didn't came to solve the issue. Very poor service..

    @JioCare @reliancejio Finally I decided to discontinue with jio fibre, For the last 6 days I followed up with the team but no results, i just called the local operator and they immediately installed the fibre line in 2 hrs only, jio people must learn from them how to give service to customers.
