@JioCare says they can't check my speed problem unless I recharge, I can't even use it cause it's less than 64kbps, it's the 2nd recharge I've had to do. They won't refund though there is no service suddenly. "Because it's not in their system to refund"

@JioCare The signal has been very show all through my last recharge and I spoke to customer services and they said work was going on in my area. I think you should kindly extend the package I paid for but was not able to use, into the next period of time with the same package

I opted for jio auto pay before my current plan expire yet my plans are not active. Now @JioCare @reliancejio is saying i need to do 5 days earlier . So jio i will not do any recharges and port my no. If even after opting for a service if you could not deliver than i am sorry

@reliancejio @JioCare there are almost 5 to 6 connections of Jio in my family alone and none are getting even decent internet speed at my home address. Request you immediate attention your contact center has been a big disappointment they absolutely do not have any resolution.

Reliance seems like the worst company to get internet from. Their service centre and on-site engineers are worst than publicly run companies. Even twitter escalation don’t help in getting the issue resolved quickly. I will be taking this to consumer courts. @reliancejio

@reliancegroup @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare My internet wasn’t working for 15 days, raised more than 5 service requests, nothing worked. Today they started the internet because bill was due. Reliance engineer mentioned that the Reliance sales team has been cutting wires.
