@ashish_str @DoT_India @JioCare Yes I think @DoT_India Don't bother whether @reliancejio Has taken any action or not. And @reliancejio Don't bother whether your problems has been resolved or not. I am complaining from 6 months but no response from any side. And speed is going worse and worse

@reliancejio my main concern is that when I have all valid documents and I was trying to MNP then why Jio Store executive give me fake information regarding local ID proof address is mandatory for MNP so I am not satisfied with Jio store regarding customer service
