    @reliancejio @ambani_ki_jai @JioCare The network is very bad since two days . Only some action is going on in the phone but net, due to which all the work is stopped and there is trouble in doing online classes, which has a bad effect on studies. please do something

    @ashish_str @DoT_India @JioCare Yes I think @DoT_India Don't bother whether @reliancejio Has taken any action or not. And @reliancejio Don't bother whether your problems has been resolved or not. I am complaining from 6 months but no response from any side. And speed is going worse and worse

    I ported out 5 jio number to your airtel but it's too much bad network in our area. It's a golden opportunity for your company if you will upgrade your network surely I will port 100 number from @reliancejio To @Airtel_Presence #AbTohSahiChuno लेकिन #AbTohSahiKaro network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India It's being years of complaining but there is no response from you all. The last option left with Me is to port out from #jio the worst network speed is even below 2g even from 3-4 days can't even catch network properly not even able to talk.

    ❌Worst customer support & zero accountability from @reliancejio! Yesterday, I requested a new additional JioFiber set-top box and paid immediately through online payment. Then, the same day I called your support to ensure installation tomorrow (today), so your agent promised "you will get installation by tomorrow on priority basis and also I requested to send a senior technician for your matter for the same you will get through SMS within a minutes. No SMS. No update. So, I called again—was assured it’s already marked as “priority” and installation would happen tomorrow (today). Still nothing. Today, I contacted support AGAIN. Same false promise: “Don’t worry, it will be done today and also I requested them to send a professional technician.” After 5 calls, when I finally spoke to a senior executive, I was shocked: - Installation pushed to May 7 - No guarantee of a brand-new set-top box Why did I pay if I’m not getting a new device? This isn’t a free service! Repeated false assurances, zero transparency, and complete waste of my time and money. This clearly shows how @JioCare handles customers—by giving false promises instead of real solutions. @thecroindia #JioFiber #CustomerServiceFail #JioComplaint

    @JioCare is asking me to take a new connection and cancel the existing one—without any refund for the unused period. This feels misleading and unfair. Kindly resolve this by either enabling relocation or providing a refund for the remaining validity. #JioAirFiber

    @reliancejio - Your JioFiber customer support has reached to the lowest possible.Your so called engineers don't come as per schedule and just keep closing the tickets. Your engineers say Jio Fiber routers range is just 5 meters, seriously? Worst customer service Guaranteed!

    @JioCare Third class service please don't book jio air fiber they will took money for booking but not installing. I booked it 30 April. But steel not installed. They only give fake promises and costumer care also not working
