@JioCare its been 3days since i am facing Fiber internet issue...ur service engineer was saying backend team will take 4-5 days to resolve. He offerred to do the work in private. Do i pay him extra to get my internet started ?? @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare we call the 198 no for complaints/issues & not to hear our postpaid usage, data balance, validity etc. We have the Jio app for that! Either tell us how to skip this unwanted time consuming IVR or pls stop it from your end! It is frustrating to hear that all the time!
