    @JioCare do you guys even realise that there are so many kids who have online classs going on and at this crucial time your jio net is not working & stupid reasons are given . Why do we have to pay a premium for your service . Complaint no is SR000011ZCTM. seawoods sec 40

    @reliancejio you guys are so pathetic in your service .my jio fibre is not working since 17th aug lodged a complaint .guy was supposed to come on 19th .. no one turned up . Today when I lodge a complaint.I get a reply .“ Saar the guy will come on 25th “ . Baniya ka dukan hai kya

    Complaint no 0023143050 dt:15 aug still not attended to.Why make the customer beg to get his own money back @JioCare ? Pathetic service by @JioMart . I would rather choose @amazonIN which gives me refund within 5mins.

    @haimadeshpande @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio 100 Rs per month main itna hi milega !! Issue is not JIO or Vodafone issue is unrealistic rate.. ppls buy 50K iphone but want 100 Rs per month plan.. I am not saying for you but in general I have seen ppls even not ready to pay 50 rs per month extra & buy new phone every year..

    @JioCare Since when you guys have started behaving like other service providers? It's been 4 days I have raised complaint.Everyday I call to ur customer care they say your visit is scheduled for tomorrow. The same I am hearing from 17th Aug'20. (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio FINALLY, my device has been picked up. KINDLY issue REFUND for (180-2=178 days) immediately. I've paid INR 6436.92 for 180 days of service. Terminated within 48 hrs due to false/incorrect info from sales team and based on feedback/resolution from CS team.
