Avoid shopping @JioMart Edible products that are delivered are closer to export date..So much so that a dosa batter delivered today evening had a best before date of tomorrow. Plus no one to take complaint 24x7. So unlike a @JioCare experience.. #JioMart sucks 😡

@reliancejio I have a platinum plans of 1 gbps speed! I pay almost 56000 annually to get such pathetic service! The internet is not working since morning and your call centre can’t even confirm a time ad to when someone will visit!

@reliancejio you guys really need to look into jio fiber customer complaint response time to stay relevant. Internet + TV and telephone line is dead from last evening.. been 14hrs still awaiting the engineer visit. my local internet guy use to fix issues in just half an hour.
