@JioCare Never thought JIO would b so horrible. I would never in my life subscribe to any of their services. Just cancel my jio fibre connection & refund the 3 months subscription & also payback d deposit money. Pls. Take back u r router n STB

@reliancejio your customer service is down rite #pathetic your area manager visits my house to check on the complain in regards to speed issue, no one can solve the issue and gives me a reply to cancle jio connection. Like seriously this is what I am paying for or signed up for.

Many of jio users but unable to use jio Network in mall premises...came to know that korum management jam the jio network for money...truly unprofessional behavior... suffering for SIM replacement..poor customer care in Korum mall by mall management @KorumMall @reliancejio

@reliancejio internet optical fibre plan really pathetic. It’s not even 1 month I opted for this plan & 3 times internet got disconnected & need to raise compliant, speed is not even 20% of wht is you guys charging. Really pathetic service.
