Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

Just got ported from Airtel to Jio (took nearly 3 days to get signal) I would say it is not completely activated but the signal shows full bars with 4G LTE, iam unable to use the services and whenever i call to that number the IVR is saying wrong Number. @JioCare @reliancejio
