@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

Since yesterday @reliancejio network has been working fine for me at work. Getting internet for WhatsApp and Twitter. Cannot youtube though

@reliancejio I need some Help. Pls. I’ve tried putting in a request for a relocation of my device since 15 days n neither the customer care or the MyJio app is of any help. Meanwhile my device has been recharged with a 3 month plan which is getting wasted everyday.

@JioCare @ashishsargam201 कुछ नहीं करेंगे ये jio वाले Same standard reply to each and everyone. When you charge money from too many users in that area you should provide infrastructure accordingly. Taking money & not providing service for which money taken is a kind of pick-pocketing Shame on u Jio

@reliancejio @GoogleIndia I called at jio complaint helpline 198, they told me there is no one senior to him except mukesh Ambani @TRAI . They suddenly deactivated a jio no. after 3 yrs without any notice and deadline. What a monopoly.
