@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare 2/2 you are giving looks like you are not concern about the client issues and you provide any store near to Delhi, Kamla Nagar and ask your personal whether they are wiling to provide the duplicate sim of other states as some of your store are asking to buy phone than they will.

@JioCare Nothing has been done till today. We never dare to dream about 5G. Kindly provide us speed of 2G only. We will be highly thankful. Shanaz Jammu 180001. I was assured on 9th of Jan 23 that it will rectify within days but still all in vain.

@Airtel_Presence No resolution yet even after following up for a week. I want to renew my plan for one year and if you are not interested in keeping your customer, I might as well switch to @JioCare Fiber. Never found it so difficult to renew my existing plan with any provider. Pathetic service.

@JioCare worst service from Jio Customer care and I have about more than 10 numbers in my family will port all numbers to Airtel Jio is fraud you have taken 149 rupees and confirmed on the call that you have received and shradha and himendra asking not to call jiocare
