@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare @reliancejio Dear CEO this is my last tweet regarding my issue. My number has been suspended without my mistake. When I complaint even on tweeter no action was taken. I will leave jio and opt in other provider. But this was really unexpected treatment with any user.

@reliancejio I am sorry to say, your broadband customer service is really bad. No timelines maintained. No service engineer turns up for appointment date. No communication that they won't come. It is the customer who has to chase. Please maintain basic standards #poorservice
