    @imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

    .customer care of jio is pathetic,I called your office many times but still they didn't send anyone for installation .Today is 25th of August and I still have no updates regarding Jio Fiber Installation @JioCare @reliancejio

    Since yesterday @reliancejio network has been working fine for me at work. Getting internet for WhatsApp and Twitter. Cannot youtube though

    The 4G connectivity in Upper New Colony , Shillong is very poor and has been for the past 1 year.@JioCare please look into the matter as quickly as possible

    Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

    @JioCare Still no action, I hope you're working on it. Kindly please expedite the process as it's causing hassle, the tenants can't use the entrance gate. I hope you understand the issue we are facing just move it a little bit by 50cm. Thank you.

    Dear @JioCare 3 days back i went to Jio Store in Ongole which is in Andhra pradesh. I went there to give network complaint. Executive did not take any network complaint and he told me to port out to Airtel network. So that i have migrated my number to Airtel. Thanks 4 ur service
