  @imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

  @JioCare @reliancejio I’m from Rajasthan, not Gujarat. For the past few days, when I call someone and they don’t answer or disconnect, the recorded message plays in Gujarati instead of Hindi. Same on incoming calls. Why is this happening? Please fix it. #Jio
