@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare Technical issues can be communicated clearly. There is no reason for claiming that the customer has requested for rescheduling a visit. Credit for the period when the internet does not work, should be automatically given. Why should a consumer bear cost for technical failure ?

@JioCare Please start caring for customers. 9 days jio is down with no resolution in sight. No internet means no TV, as @reliancejio STB relies only on internet. The prepaid account keeps getting deducted and no credit given. SRN-SR00001DGLPP at pin 313001
