@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare Did you checked the issue log for our building?? There are issues each week..and now you have excuse of rainy season. I am paying 1800 per month for zero service plus loss of WFH. What are your comments on above??

I used other Internet services available in my area. But I never faced such a disappointment. I took Jio Fibre connection 3 months ago. But extremely disappointed with your service. Now I have last option to disconnect Jio and Look for other. @JioCare @reliancegroup @relianceji

@JioCare What cooperation? U want customers to wait endlessly when u don't want to do anything. Why u have given resolution time and did nothing to resolve issue? What is the purpose of having internet connection when it is not working? Why Jio can't provide service?

@AmazonHelp @JioCare few minutes back I received one email that my prime membership has been ended. Which was activated with the #jiofibre plan. That was activated in May for one year. But after 1 & 1/2 months this has got deactivated without any proper reason. disgusting service

@reliancejio fibre set up has been provided in the morning. Connection/ activation could not be possible as because of engineer's email is blocked!! This is the quality of service of telecom business.

@JioCare it is more than 21 days after surrendering jio fiber and setup box, I have received refundable security deposit of Rs 1000 .jio fiber landline no. +913335626966. If you and your customers care don't have solution then will look other alternative #jiofraud #Loot

@JioCare Got a call from one of your service persons again, saying that the issue will be cleared in 7 to 8 days. Why is it going to take so long just to relocate the connection and that too only a street apart ???
