Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@Bhakthunter75 @JioCare I don't download much, 30mbps is more than enough for me. I need a reliable network and I've seen that airtel's signal coverage is less but I find Jio's signal in remote locations too. Also, Jio's prices are compartively less than Airtel. Jio is the reason rates got cheaper.

@JioCare has worsen their 4G services since they launched 5G (it means I was able to manage things earlier,but now I am totally helpless). No calls, no internet, no network. Just fooling customers. @TRAI @PMOIndia अब तो कोई नियम बना दीजिये,ये लोग नेटवर्क नहीं दे पा रहे हैं!
