Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare Thnk U 4 wonderful support on DM, no one visited my place on scheduled appointment(3rdtime)... UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0*** is scheduled on 29-07-2022 : 11:00:00. Grt work wasting my time and day.
