@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@reliancejio @JioCare Why your uneducated engineers doing same mistake again and again in one port they have taken 2 connections and solving ones problem by removing another's connection same vicious circle from last 30 days and I got only 4-5 days internet in this period.
