@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare is acting smart without a reply about the issue, Rey falthus, your network is worse than Airtel here, that's why I did 98 recharge only for calls atleast provide little speed till I utilise the 2GB/month.
