@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare @reliancejio we are having 3 sims in my family, all recharged with year plan, none of us are able to make or receive calls due to weak/no network. Made similar complaints previously and got the same response that your area is under upgradation, will take about 6 months..

@JioCare at this point I really don't know why I even tweet a complaint as I know it will fall to deaf ears! Still, I have Jio sim as sim 1, I even use JioFi for some extra use, and yet daily it is a struggle to get bare min speeds or even connectivity. Sell it as 2G!

Since last 6 days my jio fibre connection isn't working. Raised 2 service requests out of which 1 was mark as resolved even when the device was not working (#SR000018M788). Service time gets rescheduled, Isn't this the best customer service being provided? @reliancejio @JioCare
