Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare I have a plan of 150 mbps , speed is coming of 1 mbps (your own app says it). Filed a complaint SR000013WX1H on January 31 , service engineer didn't visited to fix it and marked it closed , again raised it on 7th feb and till now he hasn't visited to fix it & closed it.
