Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

Technician said “wait 15–20 mins,” then “wait 12 hrs.” Router shows red light. Customer care claims 1 MB usage so no issue & refuses technician visit or refund. Is this your service quality? #jioscam
