    Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

    Since yesterday @reliancejio network has been working fine for me at work. Getting internet for WhatsApp and Twitter. Cannot youtube though

    @imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

    @JioCare It's 8 days since the first I complained on 23td Dec 20. Really losing my trust now. There is no follow up other than your replies on twitter. Ping is still 100+ on 100 Mbps plans. No solution, neither any calls from your side.

    @JioCare @TRAI please take action against the Jio. Charge for the internet but service not giving properly. Internet are down from 4-6 days no one are responding to tweet. If we are paying then jio are responsible for then service they gives. @TCCPR2

    I m getting unnecessarily additional bill from @JioCare and the same is coming in App, tried reaching out customer care via diff mode but no response. Its happening from 2 mnths and seems nobody cares. Haven’t expected pathetic service from. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Issue still not resolved technical engineer came & fixed few things but issue is still not resolved. It was supposed to be fixed 3 days back but things are getting delayed without any proper explanation we are following up everyday but no benefit.
