Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare Shared the details. Just FYI, just today they promised me first to visit at 12 noon, n when contacted at 12, they told they would visit at 12.45pm. Neither they showed up nor informed yet. yesterday they rescheduled 3 times. After paying the fees, helplessly waiting for service.
