  @imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

  Hi @JioCare, this is now my 4th call to customer care for a simple Jio AirFiber disconnection request. Every single time, I’m transferred to the disconnection team, kept waiting for 5–8 minutes, and then the call is automatically disconnected. This is unacceptable.

  Worst Milkbasket, in the name of free Subscription trial, they are charging silently Rs. 15 extra daily for milk delivery. When I spoke to customer care, he denied for refund. Don't get trap with Milkbasket Subscription. @jagograhakjago @Milkbasketin @reliancejio
