@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare Until and unless a complaint is raised against the executive Mr AFZAL ANSARI, I don't need ur connection. I need d complaint number which I will follow up personally. If u can't do it, cancel my connection and issue me the refund. But i will still raise the complaint against him

@JioCare my jio fibre 01217962136 is not working frm last Thursday ur local guy pankaj m-9368302389 is giving fake promises to visit bt still not visited for activation just given the wire (4days later)which I hav installed through electrician, I hav also rfrd my relative 2 him

@JioCare Yesterday also no one came for installation. Worst Service Worst Support. If things are not gonna be alright, you will loose some more connections from my circle. Other vendor installed it within a day itself with the best service at my other office.
