Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

Why internet down when electricity cut off,, Are jio towers not equipped with emergency electric supply like generator. Even jio users are unable to make call,due to lack of network connectivity. why network not available after electricity cut off? @JioCare @TRAI
