@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

@JioCare There is a network issue in this pin code 276131. Getting speed in Kbps. Local technician suggested to install the fourth sector device to improve the 4 G services. I tried to call Mr. Arunesh Singh many times but his number is not reachable. Regards Sourabh 9161886044

Switched from @reliancejio to @airtelindia for better experience. But what I got is "Sir please wait for 8 days we are working on your issue". The worse experience ever. Not able to use even 20% of my data and issue is not resolved even after 2 months.
