@imbaluni @reliancejio @MiIndiaSupport @XiaomiIndia One thing I have observed about @XiaomiIndia they never reply to customer query. Issue or a simple query. It's as if the twitter handle is a #noreply handle. I guess it's time to make a switch. Sure they provide affordable phones but they lack simple empathy

Hello @reliancejio,i have been recharging Rs 399 throughout the year.but alas,not being able to use even 50mb of the 1.5gb.but whenever i call the customer care they entrust me to ressurect the connection.and that has run fr 10 long cycles. so please suggest.thnx fr such exprnc

@JioCare - I had an jio fiber issue (red light blinking ) so got one engineer to check and he asked me to pay 2500 for router and setup box for new (he told your router is old which is installed one year before ) & old money will be refunded

@Bhupeshuae @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

around 2am also @reliancejio is in same WORST condition. will u also say that it's happening due to more no. of users! if nothing can be done from ur side just say us clearly, if u want then u can port to other network. why r u wasting our money @JioCare
