@JioCare I changed my jio plan from 30 to 100 Mbps in January, paid in advance for the month of January. On 2nd February jio generates a bill again showing amount due for the month of January. I contacted twice jio customer care but no luck @reliancejio

@JioCare pathetic service from Jio custcare. SR00001GP47I got closed without providing Solution. Request for an escalation asap. Complaint description - Additional 15 days validity didn't get credited with half yearly recharge done for half yearly jiofiber plan.

@JioCare Its not only me who is facing the problem, all the owners of google pixel 5G phones are facing the same issue. Regardless we updated pur phone firmware to 5g, we are unable to use 5G, because your system listed pixel phones as non 5G. So please fix it, asap @JioCare @Google

@reliancejio there is problem in internet connection at my place last one month. Regularly complaining about it (near by 12times ) to jio care but don't get solution & positive response from costomer care executive. Kindly do needful..
