    After trying to complain so many times to @reliancejio they didn't do anything about the network issue. Today when I sent port request they are trying to call back to back. Have both jio and airtel. Have never been disappointed by @airtelindia

    @JioCare INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number NO0000J9FMIQ is scheduled on 06-11-2021 : 12:30:00. Nobody has turned up where they have collected 4546 INR. Pathetic service

    @jagograhakjago please look into it. @JioCare is not resolving issues. Being writing for so many times.The sales people gave connections illegally which I was not aware and now they have taken off the Internet connection.Two connections not giving refund pending for last 6 months

    @JioCare no response on direct message... I am from Mumbai, vile parle east, in city also jio fiber down for more than 12 hours from yesterday 7pm to till & still on.... what a service pathetic service on festival weekend... #Jiodown

    Hey @reliancejio looks like my issue never got resolved… just to change my wife’s circle from Andhra to Bangalore, I have done multiple visits and it’s still not done.. I am amazed by your customer service
