    @JioCare Hi, I'm facing the Jio Fiber connection outage (14-1-22) at my house for the past 2 day(16-1-22). A team of 3 Engineers came and went off stating that we don't know to attend the fault. It's Holiday at tamilnadu but engineers are present at site but not able to solve

    @JioCare @rajankgupta Worst ever service provider. Their sales guys. Do not even pick calls even after multiple time dialling. Company is not bother even to provide resolution. Better go for Airtel they are very quick and speed is also excellent. Jio is pathetic.

    @JioCare Applied for a new connection on 8th Jan and installation was supposed to happen on 10th.. however its getting rescheduled everyday. Order no. NO0000JZNARG. Pls refund my amount. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence May be u can help me with a new connection

    @JioCare Facing pathetic network issue..since few days..Not able to make/receive any calls from Jio at times even though the network is full. Call gets ended automatically bfre connecting @ Vellore, Tamilnadu

    @JioCare my SR no. is SR000018CC96 registered complaint on 12/01/2022 still my issue has not been resolved I have registered the complaint several times on your customer care no and WhatsApp no . also still, my issue is not resolved
