    @JioCare Thanks for your diplomatic reply. So, you mean to say struggle more with the poor jio connection as we are offering services at low cost than others ? Or it's a high time to port out to Airtel ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio From 10 days, I am facing the problem for browsing my internet. I'm using a JioFi M2S device. Generally the speed for JioFi must be more than 1 Mbps but I didn't see more than 1 mbps speed in this 2 months. (1/2)

    @JioCare customer care service isn't working... I have tried 100 times for 1 week for my network issues... But no response network speed is 10kb/s that jio call 4G

    @JioCare I did many times, and you just dispose the issue without taking serious concern and do nothing. Your service is pathetic in prayagraj suburb areas and you network work only central matket and Civil Lines.
